Terrible customer service

Easy parking, sadly 2 out of 3 employees exiting bathroom did not wash their hands upon entering the cooking area, the sink is right in front of them. 1 did, but as you can imagine not appetizing.🥺Especially I am from the food industry and am very observent.

I placed a mobile order and the app said it would be ready at 12:02. It’s currently 12:32 and still nothing. The employees won’t even acknowledge me when I go up there asking if they have it. The food was sitting behind the counter the whole time. How hard is it to take the bag out.

I usually don’t leave reviews because I don’t want to bring bad press to a company, when it’s not the owners but the people who work for them. So tonight I ordered som buffalo shrimp and when they got to me they were cold and saggy! I was on a call so I didn’t call when I bit into one so soon as I got off the phone I called. Asked for the manager who was KEN told him the problem and he stated so it’s been 40 minutes I can’t do anything about that. So I asked to speak with the GM and he tells me that he can’t give out that private information. Huh? This a business sir!! The customer isn’t satisfied. All I can say order at your own risk at the Zaxby in Moody. There’s too many kids in the afternoon and they don’t take anything seriously. There should be an adult there to supervise cause honestly they running the establishment into the ground. I want ever go through the drive thru again!

This is a nice location that always provides quality food. I don’t come to zaxbys frequently but on the times I do, it is always great.

This location is generally a quick, clean, and efficient place.
They missed the mark tonight though. We waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru, with only 1 cars in front of us.
When we drove off, our online order was missing two of the items, cheesecake bites ordered specifically for my husband's birthday!!
The kid in the drive thru seemed to lack common sense and wasn't very friendly.
This was around 8:30 on 4/5/2025.
Though there are normally a good bit of teens working, they most certainly didn't have it together tonight!!

Always good food at Zaxbys! I'm on Keto diet and I but a lot of grilled chicken filets here. They are so good and it saves lots of time.

Chicken tender had hard rubbery piece and couldn’t be chewed but most of the time it’s fine.

Today I came I to zaxbys on my lunch break and this kid with glasses and crazy ass teeth took my order, he got it all wrong and was very rude to me, This is so disappointing he needs to be fired effective immediately.😡😡😡

Food ok. Dine in tray that was given to us was filthy. Apparently they don't clean the trays in between customers. I said something to cashier but both guys just laughed about it.
