I understand some people like light brown butter biscuits. But...in a gravy and biscuit most people like the biscuit at least done. Not a dough ball. Absolutely cold biscuit with hot gravy on top. Terrible!!!! The only way I can describe this Jack's locations food.

The ladies working the drive thru were really sweet. I was at the window when I couldn't help but hear an employee and a customer screaming back and forth. Very sad. You normally expect worse service from younger people but this was an older woman. This happened Wednesday night. None the less food was amazing as always even tho it took a second.

I try not to eat out too much, but the food is great and the service for breakfast (I don’t go for lunch) is always stellar. My favorite person to see when I visit is Nicole, she is always so kind and seems to care about what I want and making sure I have all that I need. If something is left out of my order and I tell her, she will make sure that it is not only corrected, but also encourages me to come back again by replacing it with no questions asked.. it is rare to see someone in fast food truly care about their job and how they rest customers! I am used to fast food workers being indignant and I understand they are not paid much so maybe that is why it is so common? but they have some good people at this location and are clearly taking care of their workers!

Y'all should be really proud of this location! I recently moved to the area to stay in a relative's yard. I live in my car right now, so I come here a good bit to get something warm. My car has been piled high with my stuff because I haven't had time to clean it out yet. I've had poor experiences with other restaurant drive thrus giving me looks and even making comments they think I can't hear. It means a lot to me that in my plenty visits, no one has ever made me feel judged or unwelcome. My food is always delicious whether it's breakfast or dinner, and everyone greets me with a smile. This team is amazing!!

Yes, I came in around 5PM and ordered chicken. The restaurant was extremely busy but the manager (Brandi?) went above and beyond to make sure me and my family was taken care of. Will definitely come here again. Every time I come here everything is fresh, and the staff are wonderful!
