This Jack's in Kimberly/Morris, AL is newer and it looks great on the inside and out. I never see people having to wait a long time for their food and the food is very good. Other locations need to take notes.

The chicken was overcooked. While we were at the register ordering and waiting for our order the young man preparing the food was loud and very free with profanity. Not something we are accustomed to at Jacks.
I'm really glad we didn't dibe in as we would have had to hear that language all through our meal.

Wait time is long, 2 orders and was waiting by the bush for 15 min. Got my food and they forget a drink and sauces, my food was not even the right size i was charged for. Food was cold, lid was not on the gravy and spilled all in the bag. No straws, no utensils, sauces taste sour. Trash all over the drive through window and parking lot. Theres no pros unfortunately, last time going here!

Went in to get my daughter lunch bacon cheeseburger plain it had one small strip of bacon on it I asked for more bacon instead of giving me the bacon the cashier went to get the manager The manager argued with me that it only comes with two pieces of bacon I showed him there's only one piece of bacon and he said that's what it comes with 15 minutes in the drive-thru 5 minutes argue about bacon really just give me the bacon and let me go about my day is the food budget at this restaurant that bad that they have to argue about a strip of bacon do better

This is another one of the good Jack's. I eat at Jack's a lot because I drive a commercial vehicle all over the state. They give a truck driver discount and most Jack's have big truck parking. This one doesn't but I was able to park by the dumpster and run in real quick. Jack's food is less expensive than most of the other burger chains and tastes better. And most of the time they are quick and friendly. I don't eat at the one by my house because it's a terrible one. But most of the time going to Jack's is going to be a pleasure. The more rural the area the better they are as a general rule.

They informed me the card reader was down after I arrived at the window, told me there was nothing they could do and I'd have to go get cash. 5min later after paying a $5 atm fee I come inside so that I don't have to sit in drive-through again, and they're rigging people up with cards. Only the reader at the window wasn't working.

I used to be a manager at a restaurant so i definitely understand what it’s like to be tired and exhausted . I went through the drive through early tonight around 8:30pm. I talked to a VERY rude employee through the window . I asked what kind of ice cream flavors yall had and she asked me to “just read the board” I told her “yes ma’am I’m sorry I just cannot read that” I had just got off working a 12hour shift at the hospital and really wanted a milkshake and when I asked her to read me the flavors please she saw it has a complete incovience . I truly understand working all night but that is no reason to speak to people that way . After when she handed me the milkshake it was halfway filled and no even fully shaked and I still said “thank you” and she completely ignored me and gossiped with the other cow workers . I really think management should talk with the employees just about genuine respect ,please .

I have not been to this location once and had a good experience live couple mins down the road only reason we come back is how close it is late/night shift KIDS just hanging out not working food usually cold spend 30-40 mins in drive through every single time really a shame
