Do not go to this Jack's, they are unprofessional and the food is never correct when you get it home. EX: I bought a grilled chicken salad today at drive thru and it was less than half the size it was suppose to be. They left off some ingredients too.

They rushed me at the speaker and would not let me say my order. Then got my order wrong and didn’t give me some of my food. Never eating here again.

Horrible. Paid for my order, was asked to pull up while waiting for fries. 25 min and 6-7 other customers later I walk inside to what seemed to be a group of people who had completely forgotten I was waiting outside and an excuse of “ we’re waiting on fries” as I’m watching them put fries in other bags for the drive through window. Just say you forgot. Integrity goes a long way.
I eat at this Jack’s probably once a week and nearly every time that you mess something up or forget something on our order. Half the time when you order a drink, you don’t get a straw and every time you order a plate, they put the plate inside the bag sideways, so it dumps out whatever liquid you have in the plate like grits or green beans. If your order contains a biscuit later in the afternoon nine times out of 10 it’s hard like it’s been microwave heated up.

Honestly don't know why we still give them a chance every now and again by ordering their take-out. Every single time we end up with an item or items missing from the order. This branch is in serious need of new management and trained staff.

I've been eating breakfast at Jack's for years and I have had to switch back to Hardee's because you guys are trying to charge double and triple for half the food. I understand that the economy has changed over the years but the biscuits y'all are making are not even big enough to put anything on it's like a little dough bite. There's just no way I'm giving you $5 for a biscuit that's gone in three bites

This Jack's in Kimberly/Morris, AL is newer and it looks great on the inside and out. I never see people having to wait a long time for their food and the food is very good. Other locations need to take notes.
