The sweet staff member was very polite and was interested in our conversation about veterinary medicine. I learned that she likes horses and would like to work in the field and she learned I like a subway club light mayo with jalapeño peppers. Pretty good swap I’d say. The sandwich was great!
Vegetarian options: I mean she likes horses. If you’ve seen one vegetarian options you’ve seen them all right?
DO NOT place online orders here or you will have to deal with my what my mom had to deal with. Customer service is terrible at this location especially with the manager. My mom placed an online order and the manager, who apparently was rude and disrespectful, refused to take the order even with proof of purchase. Apparently, it wasn’t showing up on the system, but if someone is showing proof of the purchase they should honor it. Any place in my opinion would do it. Hopefully management here learns to be better to their customers. My mom called the corporate office and was able to get a refund, but please go to any other sandwich place so you don’t have to deal with this place. They do not honor their customers.
The subway was clean. The beverage area was clean, the restrooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
