Big Mike’s Steakhouse is THE BEST!!!!! I order the filet (cooked medium) with a salad and baked potato EVERY time and it is to-die-for!!! We also get the fried crab claws as an appetizer and they’re delish! Other items worth mentioning that we’ve had as a family are the red snapper (bienville), the snow crab legs, the teriyaki chicken breast (SO tender and good!), the fried mushrooms, and their bread with cinnamon butter. The food was really good. We really like this restaurant. However, I'm not naming names, but I wasn't happy with the service. One thing that has always driven me crazy is when someone that doesn't deal well with people chooses a job in customer service. It was like it pained her to deal with, not only us , customers of all sorts. Maybe just having a bad day ? Had a 10/10 dinner experience! We ordered the mozzarella wedges, the ribeye with the twice baked potato casserole, and the bread pudding for dessert. I also had the Lovetini to drink which was delicious. Everything was cooked absolutely perfectly and came out quickly. Service was awesome.
