i have never gotten my complete order. every time I get food here i have to come back and get something they forgot. they never have sauce. they are always out of everything. the mashed potatoes are always dry. the employees are rude.

The staff at Jack's in Mounville are ALWAYS so nice and helpful that we come from Greensboro to eat there and will stop in and eat on our way to Tuscaloosa or Tuscaloosa to Greensboro even though we aren't hungry at that time!

Love the staff in this location because no matter how busy they are they are always polite and helpful and friendly. I don’t know why they’re not seasoning the fries at any of the jacks anymore like they used to.

Great facility. Looks good, kept clean, nice staff, good fresh and hot.
First I was told they “ran out” of breakfast items which seems like an issue a big chain restaurant should not be having. To top it off, got an order to go, was asked multiple times which sauce I wanted and by the end of it, still didn’t get the sauce I asked for. Overall Inside looks dirty/ unkept and drive thru employee was rude.

This jacks is usually good but had an experience tonight. We like to get the two piece chicken meal deal and upgrade to a breast in each meal, paid the upcharge and once home, open the container and one order was correct but the other had two thighs not the breast and thigh ordered. A simple mistake but avoidable.
