I don’t recall it being ever a time I’ve visited this location and my order was right. It’s either the chicken is stale, fries/biscuits are hard, food is cold or your order is screwed up all together. For example, today I paid for a 3pc chicken meal with chocolate chip cookie. Well, they did not have any cookies, then get home and realize I only got 2 pieces of chicken instead of the 3pc I paid for. I can’t even be angry b/c I knew better to check before driving off. Oh, and don’t bother calling because you will never get an answer. I’m so over it 😅

You can get several good breakfast biscuits and they are fairly quick, you might wait just a tad doing the morning rush hour.lunch meals are also tasty friendly service seems to be a standard

AFTER ALL THAT, I TRIED TO CALL THE NUMBER ON THE RECEIPT TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER AND THE NUMBER IS OUT OF SERVICE!!!! WHATS GOING ON..DRINK LOOKED LIKE SOMEBODY WAS SIPPING OUT OF IT..ENDED UP WASTING $14 ON FOOD AND TIME I CANNOT GET BACK. At 8: 20pm on July 19 the cook was horse playing with another man in the dinning room. Cashier called my order multiple times. The cook refused to return to the kitchen. He continued to play inside and proceeded outside to visit with friends. The lead person stepped in and prepared my order. The cook was loud, carefree and disrespectful.

I am very disappointed in this Jack's. I dont think I am a hard person to please and I only want what is advertised as I drive up. There is a sign for a Chicken Fried Chicken dinner for $6 after 4pm. The picture on the sign shows the chicken with white gravy. Why, when I specifically ask for the white gravy, do you put brown gravy on it every time? Because, this store refuses to make white gravy after 11am. I was told to go to a different store if I want what is advertised on the sign. I was told I am the only person who orders this meal and I, alone, am not worth them making the meal correctly. I have to drive to the Tuscaloosa Jack's to get what I actually order.

Came through the drive thru at 9:50pm and had 2 vehicles at the window so I went to order and was told kinda rudely they were closed I don’t usually leave negative reviews but after a place has been out of stuff all the time(which I understand and not what I’m reviewing) you’d think they would want to serve you when they are clearly open
Service was nice and fast. Our order was correct, but after we'd driven off, we discovered that we had no straws or napkins. There wasn't even any ketchup and our pork chop biscuits were very dry.

Jacks needs customer service with a smile it’s your job to greet customers friendly if you want them to come back in the drive thru your greeted with welcome to jacks what do you want and it’s is that all is that all say something you can’t understand and drive around I ask for my total and it’s like i annoyed her to tell me my total and then slams the window and when I got my food they just handed it to me no words have a good day or anything I work to hard to give my money to a company who can’t teach customer service to their employees

They were out of cole slaw. That's the only reason I go there, that and the chicken.
While I do enjoy things from Jack's there has been many times where they say they are out of basic things like fries or chicken tenders with in the hour of closing. Now, having years plus in restaurant management I know what some will let slide at closing time and that is standards to the wanting to just go home but standard is such an important thing in any establishment. I do appreciate those at Jack's who are kind and work with standards in mind. Thank You!
