We asked how long had the chicken been sitting there or done, they said 10 min. And they also said they only had 1 leg 1 thigh and 1 breast, magically even when there was no one there. Which we didn't think about non of this until after we got out food and the chicken so slimy and soaked in grease, I wouldn't feed it to my dog. This is my first review, only leaving it bc we was looking for the owners contact info or just the BBB bc. There has been multiple times that either our food wasn't payable or they were so rude that you don't want to eat no way. Will not be back and that's saying alot bc there the only fast food in moundville!!!

I left one star because there wasn't an option for 0. The drive thru cashier waited 5 minutes without taking My order just to tell me they don't have chicken fingers (too lazy to make any) 30 min before closing. Maybe I'm confused about the meaning of fast

i ordered two chicken biscuits , they forgot to cook the chicken ? IT WAS RAW . i don’t complain about much but how could y’all be so careless? if that was my son he could’ve gotten seriously sick . then afterwards i asked for a scoop of ice cream and they had such a big attitude like i’m ordering the whole menu or something . food was unacceptable and their work ethic .

This is probably the WORST jacks to eat at. The fried chicken is so greasy it soaked through my box,my fries are always cold and they NEVER have sauces your lucky if you get any sauce. Also to add your employees are rude.
When I came to jacks I received excellent service! The girl at the window her name was Kourtni, had great manners and great customer service!!!!

Stop by this restaurant this morning at 6:20 to eat breakfast. I went in used the restroom. Went to the counter to order and was told that they weren't open, and was told to leave. Customers service does not exist at this location.

Our online order though Grubhub didn't go through. The lady that helped us was wonderful. She made our order, we got it quick. It was great. Food and second was great!
