Well this was the first Subway I've ever gotten food from in the bread was totally stale and since when did Subway start hiding their meat where the customer can not see it. When I got home my sandwich smelt so bad I was afraid to eat it. That was a waste of my money and time. I won't be going back.

Everytime I go to this location my food is horribly uneatable. I live basically across the street and for the convenience I still go. Tonight will be the last time. I ordered my sandwich through the app. It was for me and my 6 year old so it was just meat and cheese with one sauce on it. In my order it specified that I want light sauce and extra meat that I paid extra for. Even left a tip. My sandwich was so wet I couldn't eat it and it definitely didn't get extra meat. I returned and simply asked to have my sandwich remade and immediately was told no. They wouldn't even look at the sandwich to see how terrible it was. Paid $16 plus tip for a sandwich that I couldn't eat and got a bad attitude from the employee. NEVER AGAIN ill drive the extra miles to go to the one by winn Dixie. They give me free cookies everytime I go to their location anyway!

My Husband went in to get two footling clubs. The lettuce was brown. They wouldn't even get new lettuce they said it was fine it was the lights. The lettuce was brown. Will not give subway out hard earn money again.

Some of their employees need a refresher course on customer service. One particular employee had a nasty attitude with my granddaughters but when I went in his attitude was different. Must do better.

The way the manager or owner screamed “don’t come back” to my mother (I heard it I was otp with her) they will NEVER get another dime from my family! Would rathe go to Publix for a better sub!

The subway in Moundville needs to step up and take of the their costumers and the last I went in there the bread was hard as a rock and the lettuce and tomatoes didn’t look good!!!
