Y'all crap looks greasy and messy as can be and it’s not what I asked for I asked for a breakfast sandwich with sausage

For some reason the app never works properly at this location. The red hot deal is supposed to be 399 breakfast deluxe and it's charging me $14. I have been trying to eat here and I can't because you guys won't fix the app.
Food is fine, but I just had an extremely unpleasant encounter with one of the drive-thru employees, who was very rude.
Other than the food being extremely greasy, it was great!
Your doing a lot better, the biscuits and gravy and everything else was perfect! Good work fellas!

Absolute worst jacks I think I have ever ate at. Got 2 chicken sandwiches and asked for them to be fresh. They claimed they just came out and our fresh so I pulled around to get them, both were super stale and the chicken was pink. The fries were super stale and mildly hard. Never ever will I go back or recommend anyone to this location. Id argue its worse than the gardendale location.

Around 12:30. Fries looked like they were hours old. Burger was cold. Didn’t taste good at all
Every time we stop by this Jack's the food we get is either cold , hard as a rock or both. When you ask if they could make sure the food is at least hot , it's still Luke warm. We have to find another breakfast stop.
Was a great place to get a meal and I definitely want to go back to it
