For years they’ve offered bologna as a breakfast meat. The one time I decide to go by this craphole for breakfast they “don’t offer” bologna anymore. The area surrounding this Jack’s definitely voted majority Republican so they should be offering bologna for breakfast

Food was horrible tonight. Chicken fingers was dried out from setting under the heat lamp to long, so was the French fries. I couldn’t eat it. I’m scared it was gonna make me sick. Fed it to the dog right along with my Daughter’s meal.
I don’t know what is going on I eat here alot During the day, this is the first time at night in a long time. Something needs to change, giving people old Dried out chicken Because you’re too lazy to cook it fresh and make fresh fries hour before closing isn’t right just tell me your out ill be happy to go Elsewhere. I will be calling in the morning. I expect my money back or some fresh food

Ordered chicken, waited my 20 minutes for it to cook which i was fine with but the chicken wasnt good and the buscuits were hard as a rock. The kids didnt really wanna work. Very disappointing, this Jacks use to be great

I love Jack's but this location was not the best at all. I ordered breakfast food and it was a disappointment. The biscuits was hard, cold, and dry, my smoke sausage was even dry. I think this food had been under the light to long but in that case why was they cold. 5 sausage biscuits and 5 smoke sausage biscuits was a waste of money, I was trying to do something for my co- workers. I didn't get a receipt because it was 3 people at the window trying to figure something out. I usually check my food before I pull off but I put to much trust in Jack's and this one here prove me wrong. I will not go back to this one. I will go to the one I am familiar with.

You better always check your orders twice because they will short you burger fry or something. And a regular hamburgers. The meat burn around the corners I guess from putting them in the microwave to reheat them

I don't remember eating here but I love Jack's for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. La-La-La-Lavaaa... Cha-Cha-Cha-Chickeeeennn,

AVOID THIS LOCATION! Consistently the worst Jack's location in the South!! If they tell you to pull up and wait for chicken fingers, it's only so they can forget about you and have you wait out there for an exorbitant amount of time. Ask for no onions on double cheeseburger only to be told it doesn't even come with onions but then you get home and you just have diced onions between two buns. I truly think that they went to a depression Ward to hire their employees. Everyone is always so incredibly unhappy to be there. They should close this location so it doesn't continue to give Jack's a terrible name

I had a great experience at Jack’s in Mount Olive! Michelle, Janice, and Ann were absolutely wonderful—each of them went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Their kindness, smiles, and exceptional customer service made my visit stand out. It’s rare to come across a team that makes you feel so welcomed and appreciated.
