On today I came in on lunch thinking I was going to get me a salad instead I ended up having a dispute with an employee who was rude and the manager sat rite there as the lady harassed me , she was rude soon as I walk through the door demanding I owe her money from last year so I pulled my recipes and she was wrong , as a establishment they all were unprofessional even the manager I told her they need a communication skills class because her private matters shouldn’t even have been discussed or even brought up I just think she was having a bad day but I wouldn’t recommend nobody eats there I will be speaking with corporate so they can pull tape. I didn’t even get to order my lunch due to the fact my appetite was ruined from the sicking embarrassment the employees caused in my face as other customers were in there. At the end of the day they she greet you welcome to subway not telling a customer they owe you 20 bucks it was embarrassing as they tried to make it seems like I’m the bad guy but I handled it very professionally but the cashier should have told her conworker to relax an go to the back but again . That’s nvm .

The Subway in Mt. Vernon is a locally owned establishment and it's in a rural location. The service is decent within regular business hours (8-5 M-F) when all the people from the surrounding plants get their food. I have not had any issues getting a sandwich to order.

I'm never pleased with this store. The store is bad about closing early,not all but a few employees always seem to be disgruntled. The sandwiches never taste that good. Have no idea why. It's a busy location, so freshness is not an issue. It's not very clean in the lobby. I'm not sure what the problem is. All i can say is that I never happy like i am at the one on hwy 158 and Celeste Road.

They closed at 8:30 pm when they don’t close till 9 pm. Said sorry we already put everything up. That is the shiftiest subway ever. My kids was hungry and we went out of our way to get to eat healthy.

I would put 0 stars if I could. Ordered from there twice...thinking maybe it had improved. Absolutely the worst sandwich I've ever had and the worst Subway sandwich I've ever had. Where's the meat?? Vegetables also near nothing. So mostly bread. Ripoff. Nothing for the money.

Not a friendly face from either employee. Fixing our sandwichs was a huge inconvenience to both of them obviously. When sandwichs were fixed, we had to argue with both of them on to what our sandwichs were and what length they were.

The sandwich was made fine and the restaurant was fairly clean but they have no accessible water. Their water/ soda machine was broken so there is no tap water available.When I asked I was met with a "if you want a drink you have to pay for it" even though I had already paid $3 for a drink and just wanted a tap water refill.
Subway in Mt Vernon, AL on hwy 43. Went in at 630pm on Wednesday night on January 4, 2023. Had a party of 4 to order sandwiches. We stood there a few minutes deciding what we wanted. Then when we were ready to order one of the 2 young girls working said they were out of bread. Why didn't they tell us that while we were deciding which sandwich to order?? Were going to order a salad but half of the veggies were frozen and unedible. Left subway and went across the street to mcdonalds to eat. This is the 2nd time I've gone in this subway and left because of pathetic service. First time the cashier couldnt figure out how to use my coupon and had the nerve to tell me I had to pay full price because she wasn't trained to do coupons. Needless to say our party walked out and went somewhere else to eat. Will never go to this subway again. Extremely rude and poor service both times
