Both Google and the website indicate Dram is open for lunch on Saturdays starting at noon. Had people come from out of town and we went. Completely closed - like chairs on the tables closed. Really?
Clean modern design in contrast to Dram that is downstairs. There’s often confusion for OOTs as to how Avo fits into the picture... Avo is upstairs and takes reservations, which is great if you have a larger group. Dram has great bar seating and tables first come, first served. You’ll find outdoor seating on each level. Both Avo and Dram have dedicated menus, but allow ordering from both in either restaurant. I like to think of Avo/Dram as a single destination and Dram or Avo individually as a mood. Each space is unique. I enjoy the salmon salad and recommend asking for the dressing on the side. The kale Caesar with a protein is also an excellent choice.
I love AVO / Dram. I take my dad here every time he is in town. The drinks are great and the food is excellent.
Terrible experience. Food was ok but the service was miserable. As one of 2 tables in the whole restaurant on a Friday night (what a telling sign that this place has gone down hill), it shouldn’t take over 3 hours start to finish (1 hour of which was attempting to get a check).
I just wish you all were a little more honest with these reviews and maybe my friend and I wouldn’t have wasted our cheat day coming from Nowhere, AL for this awful food and service. (You know how important cheat day is) Truffle fries were damn good but our other food came out cold and wrong. Our server was on another planet, taking her time with everything, sharing strange personal stories and she came back to the table 2x because she kept forgetting what we ordered. (Still got it wrong) Our table was pretty gross too... a crumb or two, fine but hairs though?
We were the only table there by 9pm. The turnaround time on the bill took so long, I considered leaving and just getting a new credit card.
I have never been so embarrassed to take my friends (from out of town) to a dinner in my entire life. The service was absolutely horrible, the drinks were awful and the food was okay. I had to constantly apologize to my friends for such a horrible dinner. Very disappointed.
Always a good time with a great atmosphere and wonderful food.
Fantastic whiskey bar and atmosphere. We love wine sundays!
What a great place to grab brunch, great atmosphere and very welcoming. Drinks were fantastic, food was not only visually appealing but delicious. We will definitely make this a meetng place for brunch!!!

Burgers are not good. Service was good but slow and very loud restaurant. $77 two burgers 2 beers and two wines. Not a go back.
I'll reserve the food rating later. Everything smells great near the kitchen .. But a place advertising themselves as a cocktail bar served their signature sasafrass Sazerac in an old fashioned glass full of chip ice with a lemon wedge. 😶 The food, in contrast, was excellent. Delicious small oysters for a good price, a perfect lightly dressed kale salad, and a mouthwatering fish taco. :D
I loved the food and the service. They have great scones and coffee. All four of us enjoyed our brunch there this morning.
