I love this restaurant!! The customer service alone will always bring me back!! The Manager David is such a gentleman and very active in the restaurant!! He made my first visit so memorable, that we booked a party! I booked the party in advance but at the last minute I had to change the time, I called last night and they were busy I spoke to Courtney! She asked if I could call back in a hour or 2 due to them being busy, I forgot lol!! I woke up in a panic thinking I wouldn’t be able to get my time frame. I waited for them to open, but 40 mins before they open I received a call from the restaurant and it was Courtney!! Out of all the chaos going on the night before because it was New Year’s Eve Courtney still remembered to check on me!! That really made the best start to my year, that was so so thoughtful and courteous! She was so polite and very attentive to our table! Even 10 minutes after we left and went to the ice cream parlor across the street, she walked over and brought my daughter’s jacket I had just bought her 🥹❤️! I was floored, and so thankful for her doing that!! Thank you both for the best customer service I’ve ever received!

I was charged regular price for a mimosa and it was the drink of the day at half price. Our group of 10 who had spent plenty on drinks and food were not allowed another mimosa to make up the difference. The lack of customer service and or willingness to pour a little OJ in the Cooks but was ridiculous.

This is a lovely place to get delicious food very quick. Although I was sitting outside the music was too loud but I guess this is normal in North America, this doesn't sound like dining music to me. Service was good fast . I had ceased salad, had the option to choose a smaller size. Fried pickles were amazing. Draft beer was okay. You have the option to sit outside with your dog, parking available for free.

My server was great! I wish I remembered her name. However, the manager Jake Gregg (Jake the snake) does not deserve his job as a manager. He’s very condescending and the sarcasm is beyond me. If I had control of the situation he’d be fired. I explained to him how the drinks were not equivalent to shots. He proceeds to say because it’s Milagro it’s smooth and I can’t tell. What an insult when I sit at home and drink Azul which tastes like water; super smooth. Anywho, he then chuckled when I told him he was no help! I will be contacting David Mullins and Amy Meads regarding this issue.

my wife ordered a special burger they had on the menu, but after like a 20min wait they said it was discontinued. then she ordered something else an they didn't have that either. then she ordered a sidecar drink, they said they couldn't make it cause they didn't have some type of tequila they put in it, which they could have used another type of tequila. I ordered fish an chips, but when they came out they looked like they was days old

I had such a great experience at Charbar 7! The food was absolutely delicious! Everything came out fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. But what really made the visit special was our waiter, Justin. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. His recommendations were spot on and his service really elevated the whole experience. I’ll be a returning customer for not only the food but also the service from Justin! The beer battered mushrooms and filet were a must! Thank you so much for the recommendations and amazing service, Justin!

We both ordered the French Dip, and as you can see in the picture, more than half the meat in both sandwiches was fat and gristle. It was really disappointing considering how much we usually enjoy CharBar7.
On a positive note, the fried mushrooms were very good — crispy and flavorful. Unfortunately, our waiter seemed annoyed to even be there. He never once asked how our meal was, and it was hard to miss the two plates piled with fatty meat sitting right in front of him.
We normally have great experiences at CharBar7, but tonight was a definite miss. Hopefully, this was just an off night.
