Best choice for breakfast, lunch, brunch, or dinner. My lovely husband picked CHOP N FRESH for our lunch on a trip to Birmingham. Delicious and organic food! We both had the Sweet Bowl Alabama!🍲 It was delicious! Then, the owner offered us a soup, which my husband picked. She did NOT charge us for it even though we were ready to pay! Soup 🍛was also delicious 😋 service was awesome! We will definitely come back to CHOP N FRESH on our next Birmingham trip.🎉⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place for freshly made salads. I really like the kale Caesar. I've been here on different days throughout the week and have not had any problems with parking or finding seats.
