Crestline Bagel Company

I had high expectations for Crestline after seeing everyone’s reviews but they were out of a lot of options when I went in around 12pm which is understandable to an extent because it was a Sunday. The bagels are very big and filling. The price is decent compared to other places and I would visit again because they have a lot of options that I would still want to try.

I've never heard of this place before today. My wife and I stopped by on a whim, and it was fantastic. Ambience is a little lacking, but the bagels are perfect and the hospitality is even more so

Food was ok, store was ok...the service was exceptional. Bigger guy wth beard knows his stuff. Its just an ok place....its good...just not great especially when compared to other bagel shops...but if im in the neighborhood I'd go again. I recommend it also. As long as expectations are not high you will like it.

Bagels are great for Birmingham area. However, one of the staff members was incredibly rude to me. Mocked me/repeated my question in a condescending tone when I asked “do you guys just have regular cream cheese?” I’ve literally never been to this place?? Sorry I wasn’t aware of your extensive cream cheese line up….? lol. The other employee had to apologize to me on his behalf, it was altogether such a weird experience. Hire more respectful staff who are equipped to respectfully answer basic questions. I never write reviews but this rubbed me the wrong way, probably won’t be returning and I just moved here from out of state.

First time here, did not realize that the sandwiches came with sides, went back after we’d payed and was told well you didn’t ask for them, they ended up giving me a fruit cup covered in mold.

There are a few other things among their plenty of bagel options. Can be a nice tasty, quick & filling breakfast, for sure. The only knock I have is how expensive they've made it to eat a bagel or even drink a cup of coffee. Everything seems to cost twice what you'd expect.

Love the bagels here. The dude behind the counter couldn’t be less than interested in working there. As well as the woman behind the cash register. I felt depressed when I walked out. Horrible service.

Great place to grab a bagel and people watch on the weekend. I was there at 10:30am on a Saturday and there was loud techno music going.

It can get congested inside but the bagels are good. I recommend the garlic cream cheese. 87 health rating while I was there.

Mostly writing this review to discuss the service here. We’ve been supporting CB on church st. for years. The service has always been average to bad. Never a smile or friendly exchange of conversation has been. With this establishment being such a staple in MB and Birmingham i wish they made the effort to be kind.

Great food and reasonable prices. The more I dine out the less restauraunts I find that meet these basic standards. Our family can always count on Crestline Bagel at both the Crestline and Cahaba Heights locations. Please dont change!
