Great place to grab a bagel and people watch on the weekend. I was there at 10:30am on a Saturday and there was loud techno music going.

It can get congested inside but the bagels are good. I recommend the garlic cream cheese. 87 health rating while I was there.

Mostly writing this review to discuss the service here. We’ve been supporting CB on church st. for years. The service has always been average to bad. Never a smile or friendly exchange of conversation has been. With this establishment being such a staple in MB and Birmingham i wish they made the effort to be kind.

Great food and reasonable prices. The more I dine out the less restauraunts I find that meet these basic standards. Our family can always count on Crestline Bagel at both the Crestline and Cahaba Heights locations. Please dont change!

Went to get bagels for my friends birthday. We went to order at the pay station (not realizing we had to order at the counter first) and the lady informed us we needed to tell the man making the sandwiches what we wanted. They ended up being out of what I had ordered and already paid for so that was disappointing. Ended up getting something else but the man was very rude. Then 5 minutes later my friend didn’t realize she had to tell the man what she ordered so she went and asked him and he was incredibly rude to her too. Watched him be rude to the next 4 customers after us while we waited. Definitely ruined the happy mood of her birthday and we left as soon as we got our food. Food was ok.

Elite place to go get you a bagel New York City style you gotta try that everything bagel toasted and they make their own homemade cream cheese. If you feel a little bit rubbish try the pizza bagel it’ll make you back for buttermilk.

One of my favorite casual breakfast spots in town! Bagels are made fresh every day. Shout out to Samson, he’s super funny and makes a perfect bagel every time!

First time impression not so big. No focaccia for the roasted veggie sandwich, no melted cheese only cream cheese, and veggies not really roasted and very few of them. Settled for a wheat bagel. They're incredibly nice, so I'll give it another try soon.

I purchased the sausage & cheese and added an egg biscuit... it was huge!! The eggs & sausage were juicy. The biscuit was fluffy & fresh. The cranberry & blueberry muffins were large delicious muffins that will leave you wanting more. However, customer service was very underwhelming. There were too many individual conversations going on. The cashier, bless her heart, I had to repeat my order to her several times bc she acted as if the biscuit w/ egg was something they didn't serve. She truly rushed me out of her way. I understand the Sunday crowd can tire you out, but for a $16 meal that didn't include a drink, customer service should've been top-notch, especially being this eatery is a predominantly wealthy side of town...

Parking: Parking wasn't bad on a Sunday. Parking throughout the week could pose a challenge.
