For the second time in two months, the app let us order thin chocolate chip cookies and when we arrived to pick up the order, the store was out of them. On this latest visit, the pink chilled cookies fell prey to this too. So, there appears to be two problems here. First, the store’s computers do not interface with the corporate feed of app. This is a corporate problem and shame on Crumbl for not fixing it. Secondly, the apparent popularity of certain products has not resulted in increased availability after midday. This appears to be a local planning issue. Maybe the manager is addressing it and we were just unlucky for the second time in 60 days. It is very disappointing to order over $45 of cookies and show up to find that over 50% of want you ordered really isn’t available. If the order was not for a family event that evening, we would have cancelled the order and went elsewhere. We hope this store and the corporate management fix these problems soon.
