I finally tried Crumbl and wow… these cookies are no joke. They’re huge, soft in the middle, and the rotating flavors keep it exciting each week. My personal favorite was the chilled pink sugar—it’s simple but perfect. The chocolate chip is a classic too, super rich and gooey.
The only downside is they can be really sweet, so one cookie is more than enough (sharing is a must unless you’ve got a serious sweet tooth). Prices are a little higher than your average cookie shop, but considering the size and presentation, it feels worth it.
The store was clean, staff was friendly, and pickup was fast. Overall, Crumbl feels more like a fun treat than an everyday stop, but it definitely lives up to the hype for special occasions or just when you want to spoil yourself.
Customer service sucks bad..... REAL BAD. Rude and bratty. Mountain Brook location. Cookies are good but they are good at other locations so NOTHING special bout this location.
