Absolutely horrible service. Employees refused to sell a cookie cake. Stating they didn’t have any, when there was an entire stack behind the counter. They said that “they were too busy” , the 4 of them, to box one up, that we would have to wait about 2 hours. We settled for two individual slices, which claim to be “made fresh daily”. The individual were stale and dried out, obviously not made day of.

Save your money and the calories. They advertise these frosting cookie sandwiches but the actual product looks nothing like the picture. They cheap out on the filling and the cookies are plastic tasting.

I ordered a 4th of July cake from the cake menu and it was to be just like the picture. It wasn’t so I called to talk with a manager. The girl who answered was very rude and said the manager leaves by 3 and she’d have her call me. Still waiting on call and the employee said she wouldn’t do anything about it. Will not return to this location

Wasn't able to order a cookie cake at Galleria location, so I tried this location. The manager was extremely nice and welcoming - she was able to get me exactly what I wanted! I will ALWAYS use this location from now on. Seems as if all the staff are so nice too!

The service was great, she was very friendly. They did a great job on the last-minute cookie cake.

Came in kinda late (about a half hour to close) with family from out of town and everybody was still really nice and served us well! Place was really clean. Everybody enjoyed their ice cream.

Worst customer service!!!! Please fire whoever was on staff today 4/26/2023 because they make good paying customers not want to come back.
