Absolutely the most amazing restaurant in Birmingham, Alabama. I travel to New York and other major cities often, and this restaurant is on par with any of the best dining establishments in these cities. The restaurant is beautiful and the wait staff is phenomenal! 10/10 all the way.
Phenomenal dinner at LBSB. Chef Kyle has created something really special here.
Whatever the chef suggests, get that! Hats off to the staff for an amazing experience

Had a chance to try out LBSB recently and everything was great. My suggestion is, go with what the Chef recommends! Wagyu Carpaccio was phenomenal, the crisp of the truffle (I think) rolled in the wagyu w/ a bit of the sauce was so good. The cured lemons on the Caesar Salad was such a good burst of freshness, almost addictive. Croquettes felt so familiar, Chef said French onion soup in a single bite, but also reminded me of a French dip sandwich on a crispy baguette. Hangar steak w/ gorganzola was incredible. That temp and that cut was so good. (Chefs suggestion) Brussels sprouts and tuna canoli was amazing too. Enjoyed the conversation with everyone as well. The staff were all great. I can’t wait to bring a group next time I’m in town. Major major respect Chef Kyle.
As somebody who is very particular when it comes to steak, I think that I had one of the best steaks in my life here. Absolutely amazing.

Dinner was amazing as well as service. Had a large table next to us who treated the restaurant as it were a night club. An hour and a half of shouting and yelling over each other, funneling their alcohol from a creamer set. Literally could not hear anyone at my table to speak to each other during our dinner and became very exhausting. Couldn’t hear our sever when she asked us questions. She realized what was going on and would speak to the General Manager about the situation. Nothing happened nor did mgmt ever address the situation or apologize. The music in the restaurant is so loud as well and invites this type of atmosphere. Would be terrible for a business dinner and we had a 6:00 reservation. Very unfortunate and they need to address. Not saying it needs to be a library, but this was on the far end of the spectrum for a restaurant in which patrons are seeking a memorable experience.

We were so excited for this meal. I wanted to give 5 stars for everything but what's keeping me from it, and I'm shocked I have to say this, is the TEMPERATURE of the establishment. It was absolutely frigid the entire meal. I wondered when the people being seated in front of us ask for a table that wasn't in the coldest section and they said they would try to find him one in the back. And, when I sat down, ordered something to drink and then went to the car to get sweaters for my daughter and myself, on the way back a couple in the bar said as soon as they saw us they knew we would be cold because it's always cold in there. I can't stand freezing thru a meal. The salads were terrific and it didn't matter than it was about 65° with air blowing the whole time during the "cold" course. However, when hot Gouda fries came out along with piping hot steaks, the uncomfortable frigid temp of the room made a huge difference because as soon as you cut your steak, then cut it again, the next piece was cold, and so on and so forth until the last half was room temp. There was no hope for the fries or brussels which were delicious when they were warm for about 6-7 minutes. My husband ordered a Cabernet and it was almost like it had been refrigerated by the end of the meal. When we asked the server she said she knew it was cold but the floor in the bar sweat with the humidity and the owner had a lock on the thermostat. She sent a manager over and he told the same ridiculous story and then lied saying it was 76°. When we left, the party who had just exited before us, met us outside to say how cold they were too. We may give y'all another try in the winter when maybe the heat will be on. However, it's TERRIBLE to make your customers suffer due to your poor flooring choice. Get a rug, get a new floor but this is totally unacceptable for a meal costing $100++ pp. Do better.

We recently enjoyed our 30th anniversary dinner at Little Betty. Our server, Joseph made the entire experience perfect. He was so down to earth and knowledgable and we felt like he had a good read on us and what we would or wouldn't like. We took several of his suggestions and were not disappointed at all. For a special occasion splurge, this was a lovely experience.

Went with (3) other couples for dinner and everything was spectacular. Our service was top notch thanks to Carrene! The drinks were delicious. Chef Kyle came and spoke to us and made us feel right at home. Highly suggest the dry-aged bone in New York Strip, Tuna veil, hamachi crudo, Tuna cannoli, and pappardelle. You can’t go wrong with any of the sides. Big thanks to the entire Little Betty team for an incredible 1st class experience. Can’t wait to get back!

I just can't say enough about how wonderful Little Betty is. From the staff, to the ambiance, to the FOOD!!! it was just all top notch, every step of the way. Special shout out to our server, Nathan, who was simply wonderful, and Chef Kyle, who served up the best filet I've had outside of my old haunts in Chicago. We tried 8 different dishes, and each one hit our palates like manna from heaven. 10/10

Joseph was knowledgeable and very helpful. Highlights of food for me were the chianti, homemade pasta, filet, and tiramisu.

My husband and I have come here multiple times now, and each time is incredible. One of our favorite restaurants we’ve ever been to- not just in Birmingham, but in general. Joseph was our server tonight, and he was absolutely fantastic. He gave excellent recommendations and helped us choose menu items that were out of our comfort zone but still tailored to our palettes. If you are looking for a great date night spot that’s a little elevated can’t recommend this place enough!

Food was good, but I expected to be wowed due to the hype this place receives and the prices. I left feeling glad I tried it, but no intention to return. It is bizarre this place has a full PDF on their dress code and loud children being unwelcome, but a large table of extremely loud guests (egged on by their waiter) were so loud that we could barely hear hear each other at our own table (and they were across the room from us). There are too many good options in Birmingham to spend my time/money here again.

Great service, and really good food. Had the wagyu filet. I would recommend going for the A5 over the wagyu filet, but still good. The Caesar is one of the best I've ever eaten. Looking forward to going back and trying something else.
