Food was excellent and fresh!!! The best chicken tenders I have ever had in my life!! Thick and juicy and perfectly fried!

Walked into an awesome welcoming atmosphere! Was greeted with a smiling face who gave us recommendations and even “doctored” our order to our spice preference.
Got the Mac stack, squash casserole and a grilled chicken bowl! It was all amazing!
Will definitely be back and possibly use them for all our catering needs moving forward!

Wrap was dry/salty and heavily breaded. There was no hot/honey sauce just over breading with tortilla stuffed with cheese. The fries were decent however on the burnt side

Craft’s Chicken has seriously leveled up. The whole spot feels fresh, clean, and totally revamped—from the updated look to the insanely good food. You can tell they put in the work, and it shows. The chicken? Better than ever—crispy, juicy, full of flavor, and even more crave-worthy than before. It’s rare to see a restaurant come back stronger, but Craft’s did exactly that. If you haven’t been lately, go. It’s a whole new vibe—and it’s 🔥.

So bad of Service the food comes cold save your money and get real food

I stopped on the way home and got a quarter baked chicken with potato wedges and a biscuit. When I got home, the chicken was not fully cooked, the wedges were cold and the biscuit was hard enough to break a window. The whole plate was virtually inedible. Since I had already gotten home, I simply threw it in the trashcan. I did send an email through their website, but never heard anything back.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming! And the food was AMAZING! And that sweet tea 🤤🤤! I definitely recommend Craft’s!

It's a good go to when you can't figure out what to eat and want to avoid a fight with your kids before everyone gets hangry.

Stopped here for lunch today had the white meat bone in chicken, chicken salad and mac n cheese..fried chicken was moist and a HUGE breast, curly fries were good and a welcomed change from regular crinkle cuts...chicken salad served on wheat was very flavorful and homemade, they also sell it in containers to bring home mac n cheese was good also not dry and very cheesy

Been going here since it was Miss Dots, and it never fails to deliver the goods. Finger-lickin' Southern Fried/Roasted Chicken with some great sides in downtown Mountain Brook.

I was utterly disappointed as this place is actually just awful. After being scowled at by the staff, I was made to wait 30 minutes for bland tasteless chicken and sides I'm fairly certain we're incorrectly cooked and from a pouch. Boasting to be southern inspired, I should've known something would be wrong when rather than collard greens the sides included feta. Still I was looking forward to fried chicken based on the glowing reviews on their Google page. I am now fairly sure though that those reviews were composed almost entirely of bots and paid actors. Finally I get my chicken, and it was bland, dry, and overpriced. KFC claims to use seven herbs and spices; with Craft's chicken I would've been happy to gotten to two. All i could taste from it was salt and disappointment. My side of rice and gravy was undercooked, bland, and so bad we passed it around the table so everyone could try it and scowl. I couldn't even wash my hands of this place on the way out as there wasn't any soap or paper towels in the bathroom. I will not be returning and will suggest to you to avoid it.

We absolutely love this place! Everything we have tried is so good. My favorite is the Hot Honey Chicken Quesadilla. All the folks that work at Craft's are so nice and genuinely are so happy to see you. It makes it such a positive and happy atmosphere. :-)
