My son ate there last night and has been up all night vomiting
I always used to come to this location, because it was better than others, but I can tell it has changed. The guy who made my food was rude, I'm a vegetarian and 3 months pregnant when I got my food it was cold, I wasn't gonna say anything but I couldn't eat it, the manager recooked it for me and when the guy who made it brought it back to me, he told me it was cold because I didn't get any beans in there and that was so rude of him to say, my cheese dip was cold as well and when...read full review
This Moe's is excellent. Great and caring staff. I have severe food allergies and I never worry that they do not take my order seriously. Picked up my birthday burrito today and got it and a hug!

Moe's Southwest Grill offers a nice and clean atmosphere with fast service, although there have been mixed experiences reported by customers. While some food items were burnt, many still find the overall experience to be good. Customers recommend trying the Moes bowl with chicken and brown rice, accompanied by queso and chips. The staff is friendly and helpful, with some employees, like Abby and Austin, receiving praise for their excellent customer service. However, there have been concerns about slow service during busier times, which can be frustrating. COVID restrictions are in place, with mask-wearing recommended but optional. The tortilla chips served can sometimes be crushed, leading to requests for replacements. Despite these issues, Moe's is still recognized for its delicious queso dip, making it a place worth visiting for a tasty meal and pleasant service.
