Came here on 2/12/25, Terrible service the moment I walked in, lack of initiative from the employees they were all just standing around deciding which one was going to help me there was no line this was around 1:30-1:50pm. The girl who helped me felt as if I was a bother by walking in I already knew what I was going to get to make it easier yet she lacked in service mindset. She rung me up, gave me a dirty look and seemed extremely upset that she had to make my food I didn’t get her name however she has curly brown/blonde hair and needs to be coached on how to handle guests.

I got a homewrecker burrito that's supposed to come with guac. They charged me extra for guac. When I ask why employee why I'm being charged extra for something it says it comes with, he said he doesn't make the rules(very rude!). Never going back to the Mountain Brook location.

No indication of where a line starts as there are 15 people waiting near the counter in the store. All I hear from the employees is "welcome to moes" heard it 3 times in 5 minutes before I left hungry as there was no indication of whether or not I would be served. Terrible. If you're trying to get something to eat after 6pm you might as well go elsewhere because these clowns don't care.

Very slow service. The food was lukewarm b/c you wait so long to get a burrito put together. The crew here was confused and disorganized to say the least. Burrito was placed on top of my chips crushing most of them and the chips were a mix of fresh and stale. Disappointed in this Moe’s experience.

I ordered from this store a bowl and a burrito. The burrito and bowl were both ice cold and the bowl was less than half full. The quality of the food was less than desirable. Upon checking i assume it was close to closing time (i ordered for my daughter im in Atlanta) but i still would like to receive the same quality and quantity that is given to customers who order when you open!!!

This was my first time at moes and I didn’t know what I wanted. The guy who helped me made the most amazing bowl ever! It was so good!!!! I had just had a root canal a few days before and he really helped find what would be easiest for me to eat. Also, he saw me checking for a clean table and came out here and wiped all the tables down! They weren’t even dirty I was just being weird. Best experience ever!!! Also, this guy needs a raise. I will be back so let based on the experience I had with him taking amazing care of and everyone else that came in! I went back and asked his name is Dee he need recognition!

There’s a Moe’s 2 blocks away from where I work and I’ll drive the extra 5 miles to this specific location! The crew is always super friendly and the portions are fantastic. I come by weekly to get a delicious filling meal and see the friendly staff.

Walked in and spoke to the lady. She rolled her eyes and acted like she didn’t hear me…. I walked all the way to the other end of the counter and said “how are you?” She said “what’s the name??” and then she walked around taking to herself mad.

Good food, customer service could use some training.. I ordered a burrito the other day and the workers there really did a poor job to assist me, needless to say I wrote a terrible review and then sent in a complaint via email to their corporate office and not 10 minutes passed before the manager called me to offer apologies and a refund, i never did get my food and i appreciate the swiftness in which it was taken care of, when the service is good the food is amazing, but I personally don't complain and then return, the circumstances warranted the complaint unfortunately I can't go-to this location and expect to experience food that hasn't been tampered with after having to complain, and I get that but also I'm choosing to say they're great otherwise
