Service is inconsistent. I’ve encountered extremely kind baristas and some that could be more accommodating and friendly to customers. The baristas are key to me being a returning customer. Once I experience one person who is unkind, I don’t want to return.

Ordered food and drinks. Waited 25 minutes and still did not get food. Asked the employee how much longer and was told that the kitchen did not get our order due to a computer glitch. Must have just been our order because other parties got their food both before and after us. Service is always poor and employees act like it’s an inconvenience to order. Will not go back.

Ordered a cappuccino middle of the day. There was only one person ahead of me. It took at least 10 to 15 minutes to prepare my order. Only had one person out front entering orders and then filling the coffee. Very indifferent staff.

I came in yesterday for something cold and tasty and Santos did me right! Savannah and Bridget are friendly, hospitable, and know how to make a fantastic Chai - sweetened with Fennel?! That is unique. Grateful to have a solid coffee spot in MB.
