Chicken w/ white sauce is real good (take-out)... I ordered pulled pork but this is good too. Greens & potato salad was correct & is also good. (This time) The chips, while I waited, were mostly stale, cold crumbs, the server agreed & removed them from my bill. That was a leftover batch.

So still a really good place to eat, but I would not recommend getting a family meal to go. $63 and we received a pint of pork that didn’t even equal a pound, a pint of mac & cheese and a pint of banana pudding for a 4 person family meal. Got two pieces of silverware and two small containers of sauce. No bread or buns etc. edited and changed to three stars because it really is good bbq.

Their burger is lousy. I've eaten burgers all over Birmingham, this burger was lousy. The patty was shaped more like a meatball. The bun is small and fragile, the large tomato slices, made it so slippery that on my first bite the patty shot right out of the bun. Anyway, a lousy tasting burger too. Much better burgers out there, try the MDC at Mooyah's, the Patty melt at Standard Burger, or any burger at Five Guys.

Didn't expect much, but I was beyond blown away. Everyone on the plate, minus the pickles (don't like pickles) were great. I had the combo plate with thighs, pulled pork, cheese grits, and onion rings. I could've eaten the sides alone. Both meats were beyond expectation. Neither was overcook, and the white sauce that's served with them was a great compliment. Definitely would eat here again.
This place was far and away the best BBQ I’ve ever had. I had pulled pork and chicken thighs and they were both phenomenal! The chicken thighs were so juicy and the homemade sauce on it was top notch. I would’ve added a photo to the review but the food didn’t last long enough.

I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich with a side of the delicious okra and that may have been some of the best okra I've ever tried. Definitely will be back to visit.
