I just went into the Starbucks in Mountain Brook tonight (1/20/25). I had my 3 year old son with me who had to potty urgently. We used the restroom and went up to the counter. The barista at the counter refused to take our order bc it was 7pm on the dot. The coffee shop closed at 7, which I honestly wasn’t aware of. I can respect having a cutoff when people enter the shop after it’s closed, but I feel that was poor service and very rude. I worked as a Starbucks barista years ago in Nashville. We would never have done that.

Visiting from Washington, DC, I came in for your Carmel Bru Latte. The young lady at the registers (wearing all black) never made eye contact with me and really didn't want to even take my order! I could tell by her disgusted attitude and robotic nature. The store is appealing and beautiful, but one team member needs additional customer service training. I still love Starbuck's! ☕️

I will start by saying I work in the service industry and make an effort to be kind to those who do as well. The older lady with glasses and brown ponytail is always mad about something. She does not need to work in service, she is so horribly rude. Not only has she been rude to me almost every time I am here. I have seen her be rude to costumers to the point they leave.

I had a disappointing experience at Starbucks recently. It took over 20 minutes to receive four drinks, and to make matters worse, two of them were made incorrectly. The staff member taking our order was also quite rude, which added to the frustration of the situation. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this visit was very upsetting. I hope they can improve their service in the future.

Absolutely love this Starbucks and the baristas. Great coffee but even better service.

My caramel Frappuccino was ok - even though I ordered it lined with caramel, it barely was lined, just a few thin scribbled lines. Instead of being creamy it was icy, like they forgot the cream base.
