Overall, my experience was not that good. First, when I ordered the lady kept getting my order wrong. She act like she was hearing impaired or something and then she would get mad when she couldn't hear like that ain't got nothing to do with me. I'm surprised I didn't get out of the car. Not to mention, them unseasoned, stale fries had me on edge about coming back here.
At one time this jacks was the best but for the last year and a half their food quality has sunk so low that my dog second guesses before he eats it. They are nice people and have good service. The food is awful and has been going downhill. Not to mention every time they forget something or leave out fries and I mean every time. Jacks was my fallback but at this point all fast food is dead. The ingredients taste old and the fries are burnt or raw. It's a sad day because besides a terrible BBQ joint and hunts bro pizza that's all we have in munford. Save your money and buy you some Ramen noodles.

They used to be good for a while but now they overcharge me for things that I don't want and then I have to call an return to get my order from them that I have already paid for and they don't get or give me most of the time or money for the food that I have already paid for and I don't get my orders correctly from them and they don't always remember me or the purchase of the food that I have originally ordered from the start even with the app they still don't give me my full order and I don't get the food or money back in the first place. They need to get it together for a better review from me!

I live in Coldwater but refuse to go to that location orders are wrong, food is cold when you do get it and then you get attitude when you ask them to recook it because it's dry or cold. I love Munford everything is always perfect.
