I got the chicken tenders, sweet potato casserole, Mac and cheese and green beans. It was pretty good! I mean, it was inside a gas station, but still southern gas stations have better food than northern restaurants, so there's that.
Daniel and the team at the Outpost are doing a great job. The food is tasty and we'll prepared. There is a great selection on the meat and sides menu, and the order off the menu items are fantastic. Try the banana pudding. I watched one of the staff with with a fella who wanted a chef salad like he would get at the old location. While they did not have the turkey and ham, the staff member worked with the guy and he walked away satisfied. Now, THAT is customer service!
We have always enjoyed The OutPost. The Food is delicious. These are Southerners and they cook Southern Style food. However, I miss going to the restaurant in New Brockton , 😉 I miss yall over there. It was always great to stop after church! I know yall are enjoying your new place though!
