The pulled pork sandwich was awful and it had more of an out the oven pork sandwich taste it was not pulled just cut in big chunks of meat one of worst sandwich Iโve ever had!!! The pit room didnโt even smell of bbq smoke

we are originally from Texas. We live in Madison AL now and miss South Texas and where BBQ is pretty damn good. Alabama brings challenges for good BBQ but New Market discovery saved us for our search. Absolute great bbq in the incredible. Get there early, load up and lunch will feed you thru dinner. Great service. Great taste. Absolutely high recommendation to drive out of your way and grab a bite. Well done New Market BBQ!!!

Believe the positive rumours of the place. Hands down the best in N.Alabama. I drove past Lawler's and Dreamland to arrive at this faraway place. The taste of the Brisket sandwich was worth every mile.

I drive over an hour to come pick up brisket and smoked mac and cheese. The best brisket Ive tasted since living in North AL 20+ years. They do BBQ right! Take the drive, make the order and all that is left is enjoy the food!

Sunday afternoon drive and we are so grateful that New Market BBQ was open. We each had the large BBQ sandwich and it was delicious. It is the best bbq we have had in a long time. Well worth the drive and better value than any hamburger restaurant around.

The half gallon of Brunswick stew I got was nothing but unpeeled potatoes that was under cooked and water very little meat and vegetables

We wanted some barbecue and found this gem during our day. We selected the two meat plate with brisket and pulled pork. Our preference was the pork. We had smoky macaroni and cheese along with vinegar slaw. If we pass this way again. we would like to try the other slaw. Both were tasty. Make note that they are only open Friday to Sunday.
Food was outstanding as usual. Been getting food here for years. I have 4 kids, got a family meal with extra side. The pork didn't make make sandwiches. The brisket was a few pieces. For 70 dollars 2 of us didn't even get any food. As the Dad I definitely was one of them. Honestly 70 bucks should feed us. The meat portions are CRAZY small. Sides aren't much bigger.
