Great barbecue food trailer that's very popular. Several people were ahead of me at 2:30 in the afternoon, but the service was quick and everyone was taken good care of. The pork was good and served with a mild tomato sauce. The baked beans were also good and the potato salad is very creamy. Being a food trailer, be prepared to eat in the car or find a park. Everything is prepared and packaged thoughtfully to make it neat. They're usually at the Shell station in Sylacauga but best to check their FB page in case they park somewhere else. Enjoy!

You're going to want to eat slowly.Oh my word the banana pudding! You'll be eating as slow as you can handle trying to make it last! I know you're all sold out on the BBQ, but that pudding is amazing. I wondered if it would taste as good as mine, and I have to tell you... it was very, very close! Light pudding with just enough cookies... pure Heaven! I highly recommend!

Sweetest people! Best bbq pork sandwich ever! Husband really doesn’t care for bbq. I like it. But for some reason have been wanting just a bbq pork sandwich wrapped in foil to eat on our road trip!!!! Sooooo good y’all. My husband is still talking about it. I had to call her when we finished and tell her how delicious it was!!!!!!we’ll be going again and going to gravity hill? Gravity road?

The staff here has always been just as phenomenal as the food. The sandwiches are amazingly huge! You definitely get your portion sizes. My husband loves the BBQ wings. I recommend calling your order in ahead of time. Great place!

Stopped by their location in sylacauga for a quick bite. Ordered the 10pc wing combo and O....M....G!!! Best wings hands down I've ever tasted! And the size of the wings is big! My husband got the large BBQ sandwich and the smoke flavor and tenderness of the meat is unmatched! If your driving by the gas station in sylacauga and you see that little blue food truck, you better stop! You missed out big time if you dont!
