We tried this for the first time, bought 2 slabs of ribs and killed almost a whole slab in the car otw home. Now I hate that we didn’t buy more. They were the best ribs I’ve had in a longgg time. We’ll be repeat customers.

We have used Dougs BBQ for several cater lunch meals at our workplace. Never disappoints. The ribs, wings and bbq are awesome. The red velvet cake and banana pudding was delicious. I defiantly recommend.

Great ribs, Boston butt, chicken and fish. Great sides. They do plates and large orders. Smoked ham, smoked mac and cheese. Call ahead and order for all your parties or family gatherings. Reasonable prices also. Try them out.

Great barbecue food trailer that's very popular. Several people were ahead of me at 2:30 in the afternoon, but the service was quick and everyone was taken good care of. The pork was good and served with a mild tomato sauce. The baked beans were also good and the potato salad is very creamy. Being a food trailer, be prepared to eat in the car or find a park. Everything is prepared and packaged thoughtfully to make it neat. They're usually at the Shell station in Sylacauga but best to check their FB page in case they park somewhere else. Enjoy!
