Called my order in yesterday. The guy on the phone was rude…but okay whatever. Got to the restaurant and the guy just gave me my food without walking me through how things go… it was my first time being there so I didn’t know where the cups were or where to go. No thank you…come again nothing. Soon as I got home and opened my box of wings that people bragged so much about, I found multiple extra long feathers on my wings. I don’t have to go back.

Ordered the bbq plate with baked beans and macaroni and cheese. The macaroni couldn't even be put in the same class, there was no flavor and what cheese?? The only way I can describe the meat is it looked raw ( I know the difference between raw and smoked red meat). The beans tasted like they were soured, I literally had to spit them out. I let the teenager at the cash register know and they said I could get 2 different sides. I just asked for a side of fries, took them 20 mins to bring them out..(they had 1 person waiting for food so they weren't slammed) I was so excited about getting bbq because last I had it, it was good but I was very disappointed this time. I almost asked for a refund!

Had the best food ..BBQ sauce excellent burger excellent..slaw and beans great..this place was super...what amazed me most was the staff... all quite young ...this place ran so well..no kids on their phone pretending to work..they were all working... ringing up food... making the food... carrying out the trash..who ever owns this place is doing a great job...go now.. have a nice patio to sit out on...I just moved to the neighborhood and this will be my new go to...

I bought 2 lbs of pork to go. Made bbq sandwiches & bbq salads. The meat was delicious, I will definitely be going back. My husband really liked the cujo sauce (he likes spicy).

The ribs were way too salty…I threw away half. Baked beans bland. Slaw shredded cabbage maybe little mayo and buttered Texas toast very good. I told the manager all of this and she just looked at me and said it’s the rubber thing that applies the seasoning and looked at me lol. Those awards are BS. Most of their stuff is frozen factory made.

The food was fantastic. Just typical BBQ atmosphere. Nothing fancy which is good. It was a little warm inside but it could have been an ac problem that day. I would go back.
I remember when this place was good…sad when Buccee’s has better bbq. Milkshake took about 30mins and three people to make…handspun or not that’s a lot of resources tied up into a milkshake.

I have been wanting to go here for awhile last time I tried they were getting a face lift..I Don't usually do this about burgers But CHARLIES Smashed it out of the park it was sooo tasty and juicy cooked to perfection. soo got to go where the food is awesome wife had BBQ and it was spot on..the ladies an man that was behind the counter were very polite and talkative sooo if u want good food go to CHARLIE'S in odenville 25 stars
