You can tell that the girl working at the drive through just absolutely loves her job. No people skills, rude tone, and just snatched my card out of my hand. She should think of a different job instead of one where she works with the public, because clearly that's not for her.

Just waited from 10:11 until 10:39 for 2 decent
steak biscuits and 2 hashbrowns. Everyone lost and confused. This store desperately needs a manager…. Order 99

Food was hot and fresh. Excellent customer service.
Girl at register took my order two times. When she told me the price, I felt it was too high. I told my order twice more. Then she had to call another cashier or manager to correct it. Then waited too long for an order of chicken fingers (Jack's main thing?). The ketchup bin was empty and the honey mustard cup was only half full. They spend too much time and resources filling the drive thru orders (long line there too) and ignore people inside waiting for over 20 minutes. I plan to go somewhere else next time.
Store absolutely dirty—floors, tables, etc. Christmas tree still up with filthy tree skirt that was black around the bottom. No napkins in holder. One employee who worked at one of the other Jack’s in the past said they are trying to save money so no host or hostess to wipe tables and chairs after being used or sweep up food and garbage on floor. I realize this isn’t an expensive fancy restaurant but the good food always made you want to go back. However, the reputation has changed. Food still good—but it makes you wonder if kitchen is as dirty as store. Wonder why a manager isn’t seeing this and correcting. Jack’s always known for good food, but definitely slipping on cleanliness.
The building is newly remodeled and looks great, but the vents are leaking dirty liquid down on a table and in the chairs
This needs to be addressed.
The food was pretty good and the service was friendly.
I have never seen anything like it. Me and my two grandchildren went in for lunch. There were 4 employees behind the counter and they were not that busy. Not one of them turned around or acknowledged that we were there. We waited patiently for 10-12 minutes. NOTHING was said to us - no one bothered to even turn around!!! Well, we turned around alright and left immediately! Will not be returning.

When entering I noticed that there was not one clean table. Only 4 tables were occupied. I had to clean a table so we could sit. A woman near me said she had to clean her table also.
They were not very busy but were taking a long time to get an order out.
This used to be our favorite Jacks. Sadly not anymore.
We get breakfast here about once a month and since Aug. the gravy portions have been about 2 Tbsp. That's enough to wet one half of a biscuit. It's sad and a poor excuse for gravy. Are they saving it for some reason??
We asked for a refund and left at 11:51 am.
After today it will be a long time before we return.

I rated this establishment one star, only because zero isn't an option.
We arrived at the drive thru, on time for our mobile order.
We were asked to pull up.
They were somewhat busy, so no big deal.
20 minutes later, an employee brings our food out.
After checking, we were missing 1- three piece "snack" meal, 1 tender from a four piece meal, and our kids burger had onions.
I decided to let the last two issues go, and simply asked for my three piece meal.
The young girl began arguing with me, insisting that she gave it to me.
I went inside to speak to a manager and overheard another worker, telling the first young girl who initially helped us, to tell us, "to just go, because they're not getting anything else".
After some more arguing with the "manager", I finally received my items and left.
This restaurant is badly run, not staffed enough, and has employees who could care less about the paying consumer.
Please attempt to hire actual adults and capable enplyeees without bad attitudes.
We spent over $40 for a subpar experience and wasted entirely too much time doing so.

Food is decent at times but no so much at others. Typical fast food experience which means it's more about convenience than actually having something good to eat. Bathrooms are atrocious as the same dead bug was on the floor for a week in the same exact spot so cleanliness is not their forté.
Vegetarian options: Not much in the way of vegan dishes.
Dietary restrictions: Trying to eat healthy ? This or any other fast food place is not where you should be.
Parking: Parking for trucks which is a plus.
Kid-friendliness: Sure why not, never too crowded so room for kids.
