I ordered three of the steak and cheese specials today. They over toasted them. They put piles of mayo and barely any onions or bell peppers. We all ordered a different cheese and they put the same cheese on all three. The sandwiches were not fresh tasting at all. Almost all of the drinks were out and there was no tea and it looked like no attempt was made to even make any. The straw and paper dispensers were all empty. The workers had the order lying on the counter and never said a word except to ask what do you want to order and when I said we had ordered online she asked was it Philly cheese steaks. Once I said yes she walked off and left them lying on the counter after giving us the drink cups. I will not go back to this location and waste my money again. The service and food are not good and it's ridiculous that the employees can't stock and keep the dining room area clean.

The shop was dirty. Not stocked. The girls in there didn't change their gloves. Talked about throwing up while making our food. Rang up our food wrong 3 times. Didn't have change. Were not friendly. And then before we even left at down with their boyfriends. Horrible all around. Will not be coming back. Especially when it's over priced as it is.

The restaurant was dirty and lettuce wilted and e.ployees doung nothing but chatting . No concern for the condition of the restaurant. No other customers were there. Why not clean it up.

Went inside and ordered two ultimate BMT subs. They're supposed to come with double cheese. They did not put double cheese on it. I noticed it as soon as they came out of the toaster said something about it and was lied to by the female employee on shift on Friday, June 13th around 5:45 p.m. stephen, I double layered the cheese which I could clearly tell I had not been done then proceeds to sloppily throw my sandwiches together and then didn't want to give me a bag to walk out with my food in. I will no longer return to this location unless something is done about for this

I have been by there twice in the past couple of weeks trying to get a sandwich after my daughters softball practice. It says they close at 9 and I've been going by at 730 and they are already closed. Once was a Friday the other was a Tuesday.

I’ve been here a few times, it’s very bad so when you walk in and they’re in the back, you stand there for five minutes with no one in they’re,, always out of something!! They don’t even smile at you!! It will be the next to close down!!!

Today on 10/29/24 my family and I went to this establishment and while our food was being prepared, a gentlemen entered the same establishment (Subway) without a shirt on. Even though the vegetables did not look very fresh. Neither, one of the employees asked or told the gentleman that he needed a shirt on to place an order there. I’m not sure 🤔 how anyone else feels about this situation but an opened hairy chested man is not hygienic and should be allowed in any food establishments. I will be reporting this Episode to the health department inspector.
Ordered ahead through the app, only to be forced to enjoy the stale air and silence for 15 to 20 minutes due to a lack of preparedness from their staff resulting in quickly microwaved meatballs that were still slightly chilled on the inside. I was informed that they take around 7 minutes and had my order for 30 minutes prior to my arrival. Last time I try to make them a quick stop.

This is twice I've been to this location and have had awful service. First time I was completely ignored. This time I pre ordered on the app. Showed up and they were rude saying they haven't made it to my order yet and would refund my money or I could wait until they served the entire line inside the store. Young teens should not be left to run a store without adult supervision. This will be the last time I go to the odenville location.

My husband & I ordered 2 foot longs today 09-23-24. Paid $25 for garbage!!!!! Inside of bread was raw, had to throw them away. Called & asked for a manager & supposedly wasn’t one on duty. Bacon on my sandwich was not cooked enough either. Would not recommend. Would have thought they would have offered to remake them or a refund……
