I Sat in the drive for 30 minutes at least for 8 peace’s of chicken as I watched 5-7 other vehicles leave. Then an employee came out and said “sorry there’s only three of us” as she went and got in her car. I have had countless problems out of this location and today will be the last time I come here.

Service was very slow and after months of these reviews they're still apologizing and asking for another chance. Nope.
Great chicken, but forget to give you some of your food at times (slaw and mashed potatoes several times). Both are delicious if you make sure they're in your take out box.
Best chicken and sides of all the fast food chicken places.

I waited 30+ minutes for my wings, new menu item. Got all the way home and they were bbq instead of the Buffalo sauce that I ordered. The week before, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes and no one came to take my order. The menu sign wasn’t working either.
