Captain ds in Oneonta al has cheerful service, and helpful suggestions, the restaurant is beautiful decorated for Christmas, I'd give them more that 5 stars if it were possible 😀

I come in today with family the food was fine but this place has a serious problem with management. Her name is jennifer. I have never in my life heard any manager talk to their employees the way this one does. It was disgusting to hear how she spoke to her workers. This is a problem. I also over heard that this manager employees has hidden camera in the bathrooms and this is unethical and unexceptable. Her behavior is out of this world and dont know what struggles she may endure but there is no excuse to talk to her employees the way she does. Someone needs to fire this person immediately.

Ordered lobster rolls very disappointing very little lobster on rolls and no lettuce, I called for 10 mins straight and no answer. Finally she answered and said they were out of lettuce but failed to tel me that. She was very rude. Visited on 8/4/25 at 2:31.

Would not give. 1 if I didn’t have to!!! Paid over $60 for 3 deluxe seafood platters 2 cheese cakes and an order of jalapeño poppers and dint not get hush puppies on mine and my friend dint have but 1 on his! When I called the woman said well if you want I can give you 5 hush puppies tomorrow unless you want to come back, I politely said no thank you I just won’t do anymore business there!! She said well ok

Just want to take a minute to brag on the young lady at Captain D’s in Oneonta Alabama she was wearing a red Captain D’s trainer T-shirt she’s really good at her job she had southern hospitality she was very friendly and smiled the entire time I was ordering I feel like in my opinion she definitely deserves a big chunky raise my food was hot fresh and out to me fast not to mention how clean the restaurant was way to go girl you rocked out and showed out to night

That was weird and uncomfortable. I went inside to use the bathroom and came back outside to ask my wife what she wanted because we were getting it to go. I didn't catch his name but the chubby white guy with brown curly hair chased me outside to tell me have a nice day. It seemed confrontational like he was mad that he thought I had used the bathroom without buying anything. When I came back inside he said I'll be with you in a second with an attitude.
We were full from our hot and fresh meal
