Ordered a chicken finger meal and sweet tea tonight, my chicken was first of all not adequately cooked, wasn’t warm to the touch. My fries were so bland with absolutely no seasoning. I ordered a sweet tea and then received unsweet tea. I had ate my food and drunk the tea anyways because I was that hungry. Well come to find out there is a jelly like brown substance in my drink. This is absolutely disgusting and I and very ashamed. I was not going to right a review at first but after I saw this I was furious. Jacks please do better!!

They were very rude. We had half of our food fixed and handed to us and it was about 10-15 minutes before we got the other stuff. It is nasty inside the store mold all over the ice machine. The tea was very old. It's 4:17 in the afternoon and it says the last time it was made was at 11:00 everybody's just sitting around goofing off. I will not be back

This place sucks I went up there and paid 25 dollars for my and wife some food and they almost didn't give me my drink they were very rude half of my wife's food is missing and the grits are runny they didn't give her all her eggs and the taste is terrible we ended up throwing it away I tried to call 10 times and it just ends the call and my biscuits I got aren't even cooked right stuff like this always happens when we go.there at any time of time day
Don't. Update: went there again for breakfast and got 4 undercooked greasy biscuits and undercooked cold hashbrowns. Literally just dough, it was awful.
Old review from 2 years ago: PINK. UNDERCOOKED. CHICKEN. FIRE YOUR COOK STAFF. Not to mention everything being stale, cold, and bland.
