Today, 1/19/26, they had the crappy crew. Gets your order wrong, gives the wrong size coffee that's burnt, the biscuits are old and they don't seem to care about how they look at all. I was hoping they had the good crew this weekend but, maybe next weekend.

Ordered a chicken finger meal and sweet tea tonight, my chicken was first of all not adequately cooked, wasn’t warm to the touch. My fries were so bland with absolutely no seasoning. I ordered a sweet tea and then received unsweet tea. I had ate my food and drunk the tea anyways because I was that hungry. Well come to find out there is a jelly like brown substance in my drink. This is absolutely disgusting and I and very ashamed. I was not going to right a review at first but after I saw this I was furious. Jacks please do better!!

They were very rude. We had half of our food fixed and handed to us and it was about 10-15 minutes before we got the other stuff. It is nasty inside the store mold all over the ice machine. The tea was very old. It's 4:17 in the afternoon and it says the last time it was made was at 11:00 everybody's just sitting around goofing off. I will not be back
