I absolutely love Jack's Family Restaurant located at 281681 AL-75 in Oneonta across from the shell station on the left like you are headed toward Allgood!!! The staff is very pleasant & attentive. The store is always stocked like it should be with condiments, drinks, ice, lids, straws and the trash is always taken out. Their staff seems to get along well together and they work very well together. The dining area has always been clean. Whoever there manager is, is a very good manager because it didn't use to always be this way! I also love how they know you by name! Jack's really is like Family!

girl on speaker had a little attitude and wouldn’t let me order kept saying”is that all is that all” like no I’ll tell you when it is. then I asked for one more ranch at the window and Donna the manager started yelling at the employee saying she had to ring up the one ranch and that she should make pay for it that’s ridiculous I won’t be going back until they find some better help.
If the service was better the food and atmosphere would be better. It's basically ran by teenagers that could care less.

This is the Jack's in oneonta ala.i got chicken fingers,told them to cook them so I could eat them.they were so hard and like they had been cook for along time and they shorted me a chessburger and fries was cold,hard on both meals.But Blountsville does really good on the chicken not hard,just rite.

The short heavy set manager was being so loud and screaming at the employee who worked drive thru yesterday. Made me feel uneasy. Nobody should have to work like that! You don’t yell at your employees and especially not in front of an entire lobby of customers. The employees in there look to be 18 or younger so I know she was embarrassed. I was embarrassed for her

well where should i start....so. i used the Jacks app to make an online order(with a 20%off deal),after about 20 min of trying to get the app to work, i mafe a $45 online order. App said approx 15 min wait time...so after approx 20 minutes i went inside this location ,theworkers were friendly . i told them I had made an online order, and was then told the order was not even started yet....and i then found out(online) i also failed to get 20%off ........ make your own decision. 0 stars however i need to point out, the blame isnt on this Jacks location.and workers ..they seemed to do great for walk in and drive thru orders. its the Jacks online app thats caused the problem. its garbage

I really enjoyed eating there. I was a big fan when "Steven" was heading up the area or the shift but since he's gone it's sorta gone down-hill. Still, they are relatively nice people and my experience was good, a bit slow, but good.
