I absolutely love Jack's Family Restaurant located at 281681 AL-75 in Oneonta across from the shell station on the left like you are headed toward Allgood!!! The staff is very pleasant & attentive. The store is always stocked like it should be with condiments, drinks, ice, lids, straws and the trash is always taken out. girl on speaker had a little attitude and wouldn’t let me order kept saying”is that all is that all” like no I’ll tell you when it is. then I asked for one more ranch at the window and Donna the manager started yelling at the employee saying she had to ring up the one ranch and that she should make pay for it that’s ridiculous I won’t be going back until they find some better help.
This is the Jack's in oneonta ala.i got chicken fingers,told them to cook them so I could eat them.they were so hard and like they had been cook for along time and they shorted me a chessburger and fries was cold,hard on both meals.But Blountsville does really good on the chicken not hard,just rite.
