Did an online order for the 6pc bucket, 6pc tender and 2 sides.....reserved it for 12:30pm pickup. Get there and they preceed to tell me that they ran put of chicken tenders but can give me my bucket. I was like ok guess that will have to do; but then they told me that even though I ordered online for crispy they didn't have crispy but original. So had to accept original chicken for the bucket. I they never even offered me more chicken to cover the fact they didn't have the tenders. When given the bucket I asked for my order to be canceled so that I can try to pay for a different combo since they didn't give me everything I ordered. Was told that I would have to go through the site that I ordered from and ask for a refund that they couldn't do that in store. It was one thing after another; not even including the fact I had to wait for my order while they served up everyone else in the restaurant before getting my stuff that was ordered ahead. Will not be going back.

The online ordering is a plus BUT always ALWAYS check your order before you leave the parking lot!!! I never get my order complete, there is always something missing from the order.

Wanted some good chicken livers, also there new chicken tenders!! My,my,!! Best chicken we have had in long time, usually have to drive out of town, but not now!! Found the best chicken in oneonta!!!

I just want to give a shout out to Harley for the top notch service today. Our food was cooked perfectly. We’ll definitely make this our preferred location now thanks to Harley.
KFC chicken sandwiches are the best with a Large sweet tea 😋

Stipped by about an hour before closing and was suprised they had some of everything we ordered and we werent turned away because of being out of food. The food was good not like it had been cooked all day and setting. After experiences with other locations who an hr before closing has next to nothing left to serve the girl here informed us their owner didn't allow that until no more than 15 minutes before closing.
