I put in a order today to be picked up at 5:30. When I arrived I was told they were closed due to a medical emergency. Considering two girls were laughing and talking on their phones. I'm not sure how much of a medical emergency it was. I've heard complaints about this place. I didn't think it was that bad. Oh, and I keep getting alerts they are cooking my pizza.Oneonta; Alabama

This place is awful. I ordered through the app and the estimated ready time was between 5:26 and 5:31. Pizza's don't go in the oven until 5:44. I don't mind waiting. What I mind is the disconnect between and app and what's actually happening in the store. If you guys as a company can't execute this feature then you need to remove it. On top of that no apology offered and no form of any hospitality. Little Caesars you have become a shadow of what you were. Won't be back to this location ever. May or may not visit another location. This is not the company I remember working 11 years for. You guys should be ashamed of yourselfs.

When getting pizza no pizzas available, I thought they have pizza ready when you pull up to order , guess not, they need someone there to make the pizzas ready when customers come up the drive thru.
This place is needs to be shut down everyone that works there was out back smoking weed while I sat in drive through for 10 minutes and they had 4 people standing inside waiting to be taken care of this is the worst place in oneonta and needs to be shut down if they can't find anyone better to work or hold there employees accountable when I asked why it took so long to come inhe told me I could leave.

The food was great, but I wish they wouldn't have added all of the extra stuff to the hot and ready menu. I went through the drive through for a hot and ready pizza and had to wait a while because the people ahead of me had a ridiculously long hot and ready order with wings, bread, pizza, and desert. I would gave just parked and went inside, but another car was behind me. The value of the hot and ready pizza is how fast you can get it. People with long orders should call ahead instead of ordering at the drive through.

These people are lazy thieves. I ordered a pepperoni, extra cheese, extra pepperoni, extra most bestest stuffed crust over the phone. (Indian man in another country took my order.) Waited for 10 MORE minutes than the expected wait time. Paid for the pizza and when the girl brought the pizza to the counter, she asked me if it was supposed to be extra pepperoni. Apparently, they didn't read the order. When I asked her to refund the extra that I paid, she said no and that I'd have to wait for another pizza. Keep in mind, I've already waited for 30 minutes. Is this really what I have to look forward to when eating out in Oneonta?
