I’m in this McDonald’s all the time at least twice a week my kids love play ground and between my kids cheer and baseball schedules it’s usually quick and easy. Tonight was different, we drove up and ordered got to the window and paid pretty quick, the young man that took our order was polite, the lady at the second window not so much then we had to go to a parking spot and waited 20 minutes for cold food. The fries and sandwiches were cold what took so long if everything came out cold. We will be back because my kids enough the play ground but your drive thru needs some work.

This was my first visit to the Oneonta McDonald's. Donte was super friendly and really represents McDonald's well. The entire team were working so well together. This is the first McDonald's I've been in where everyone was happy and smiling and was happy to see you. Donte is the type of employee I would hire and McDonald's is lucky to have him in Oneonta.

Horrible experience will not be returning I get yall are hiring a lot of teenagers these days but atleast make sure they arnt rude like this young boy I had just today his name was Connor or something around that I got a cheeseburger with nothing on it and they gave me the wrong order then I went up to get it changed and he rolled his eyes and said some very rude remarks he needs to be fired my daughter went up there the other day to and also told me about how rude he was kids these days!

I was at McDonalds to get some food for my daughter and her friends and I had went through the drive thru to pick it up and he proceeded to flip off my daughter and her friends and call them a bunch of names which may have been a joke to him but it was not a joke to me and I do not know why McDonald’s hires all of these young disrespectful teenagers. Yes yall might go to school together but when you are in your work place everyone should be treated with respect and you should be professional whether you know the person or not. Me my family and friends will not be back here as long as we have disrespectful people like him working there. I was told by my daughters friend his name is Conner d or something like that it is spelt very weird

i thought the food was pretty alright for the restaurant but the service was awful the person at the counter conner was his name not sure if that’s how it’s spelled but he was cussing so much i get he’s a teenager but your at work there’s no need to be cussing in front of people like that he threw my bag at me not to mention just tossed it on the counter like i wanted my food to me smushed it was awful don’t recommend going here and definitely don’t recommend connor

Waited 30 minutes for food that wasn’t even fresh. Had terrible service. Three other cars got served before us that was there after we ordered. Had to go inside to get our food that wasn’t fresh. Employees were rude. Never will be going back.

Maybe I am biased because I remember McDonald's in the late 80s and 90s. The fries seemed better, the environment was more colorful and it was a fun place that didn't hurt your wallet so bad. Now you walk in and everything is new house with kiosk style ordering, you might have someone at the register. It just isn't the same anymore.

Drive through had me pull forward and waited 20 minutes for a large Carmel frap. Worst part is when I did get it it was dead, looked like it was sitting at the window for the entire 20 minutes. Manager said they were under staffed, but when I paid at the first window there was 4 people standing there complaining about the person that just ordered in lane 1. Terrible!!
