Staff blatantly ignores customers waiting up front for 20 minutes. Had to complain to the same guy twice before he actually told the manager so they could get my order. I get the app has issues but if I have to go inside and complain then wait for five other people to be served just to have to complain again before they actually tell the manager I'm even there to find my order. That's a service issue.

The late night open a joke go to the speaker. Nobody says nothing pull to the window. See people walking around in there nobody comes to the window that was the third time last night came through at 11:20 employees walked through the kitchen and looked at me never came to the window and asked me about anything. Was there for 10 minutes
Today they forgot my sandwich I went in and she rudely talked to me like a baby. Ank ank not right now. Rudly walks off then comes back looks at receipt gives me my sandwich without a sorry for the way she acted!! She was short brown hair wearing glasses with a vest on!! She also ignored me when I asked for my cup!!! I told her excuse me whenever she was rude but she ignored that!

I’m in this McDonald’s all the time at least twice a week my kids love play ground and between my kids cheer and baseball schedules it’s usually quick and easy. Tonight was different, we drove up and ordered got to the window and paid pretty quick, the young man that took our order was polite, the lady at the second window not so much then we had to go to a parking spot and waited 20 minutes for cold food. The fries and sandwiches were cold what took so long if everything came out cold. We will be back because my kids enough the play ground but your drive thru needs some work.

This was my first visit to the Oneonta McDonald's. Donte was super friendly and really represents McDonald's well. The entire team were working so well together. This is the first McDonald's I've been in where everyone was happy and smiling and was happy to see you. Donte is the type of employee I would hire and McDonald's is lucky to have him in Oneonta.
