I don't normally rather low but the customer service was unfriendly when asked about food wait times and the food was bad. My daughter's chicken was cold the pizza was off tasting and we waited for an hour and a half for one pizza and boneless wings. The inside looked old and needs updating and cleaning.

They decided to have a Christmas party for their staff on the night of the Christmas parade when it has to be one of their busiest nights. On top of that already being a letdown, the âmanagerâ was extremely rude to me on the phone. Completely disregarding the horrible customer service, just looking at it economically, this Pizza Hut is probably struggling financially based on how busy they usually are or arenât, so being âclosedâ just cause they want to be seems like a really good way to fully sink and go out of business. Thatâs really sad for the community, but if there is new management soon, maybe there is hope.

Tried eating here but was told at door that there in door dining was no longer available. So hence the one's and a three that were given. Drive to town to get food and turned away at door that's how you stay open definitely great job guys.

jonathon the manager would not help an elderly lady on the phone going through cancer to share the specials to me. told me that i could look on the app or look on the website he was not obligated to share that with me if i couldnt look online. that busted can of biscuits should not be a manager and will be calling corporate. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE

As far as Mr Young experience it wasn't an elderly lady as she said on the phone she could walk here and after politely explaining to them that unfortunately for what they were asking for they would need a coupon or the app or online deals as per company policy unfortunately Mr young didn't like not getting his way and threw out that his job is google reviews, which if this is how u act u should not have a job like it as your unable to remain professionally unbiased thank and have a good day hope to see yall at pizza hut

Nice quiet place to relax and have a nice pizza. Been there several times and never had an issue, service is great, food comes out quick, and just plan relaxing.
I'm from Pell city and miss not having our own pizza hut. I have to drive to Oneonta now to eat inside pizza hut. I realize you have closer locations that I could pick up to go but the pizza doesn't seem to be as good and I also like the dine in experience. So many people here in Pell City miss pizza hut!
Being a child of the 70s and a teen in the 80s, this place has memories and the people that work there, it reflects. I actually a "how ya doin, bro?" kind of thing when i walk in somewhere and i GET that and it feels great.
This is a very "don't worry, we will take care of you" kind of establishment EVERY time i've been there ;)
