Absolutely pitiful. Hardly anything on the buffet, most pizza pans empty, no lettuce for salads (and none put out in the time we were here), no plates, no refills. Never ONCE in the time we were here was any more pizza sat out. Disgraceful.

I spent my life driving trucks cross country and I've had a lot of bad pizza in my days of 35 years of driving, but i decide i would get my dinner from pizza hut in Oneonta Alabama last night and it was by far the worst pizza I've ever had. Frozen pizza from a dollar store was even better. The place should be closed down.

It’s been forever since I’ve had a genuine pizza hut experience. The employees seemed to actually enjoy their environment, always had smiles on their face. The buffet? Amazing. Most pizza huts have either got rid of them or never have any of the food stocked. I will be coming back.

Came in for the lunch buffet …it had flies on it and the food looked old. That should have been our sign. We sat down and asked what the special was quoted 24.99and we asked 3 times because it sounded to good to be true. But she said that’s what it was. When we got to the counter same girl tried to charge us $59. Husband said you just quoted us $24.99 plus drinks. She then walks off and get some greasy haired guy with nasty nails to explain why such a price difference but how do you explain a $30 difference in a price that was quoted…you can’t. When confronted about the price (mind you there were toddlers present) the loser (maybe manager but who knows) started calling us names and said it is what it is so pay it or I’m calling the police. We were just trying to understand the huge difference in price. Husband was not mean( he’s a youth pastor) anyway we just paid. We really felt insulted since we were just harassed in front of everyone. Police were notified and this individual will be dealt with separately but really disappointed in this location. Expected more from them since their pizza used to be so good. But it has just gotten nasty and the behavior of these young people today is just shocking. We will not return and now I have to explain why the bad man at Pizza Hut called us names. We will not be back.
