As far as Mr Young experience it wasn't an elderly lady as she said on the phone she could walk here and after politely explaining to them that unfortunately for what they were asking for they would need a coupon or the app or online deals as per company policy unfortunately Mr young didn't like not getting his way and threw out that his job is google reviews, which if this is how u act u should not have a job like it as your unable to remain professionally unbiased...

I'm from Pell city and miss not having our own pizza hut. I have to drive to Oneonta now to eat inside pizza hut. I realize you have closer locations that I could pick up to go but the pizza doesn't seem to be as good and I also like the dine in experience. So many people here in Pell City miss pizza hut!

Being a child of the 70s and a teen in the 80s, this place has memories and the people that work there, it reflects. I actually a "how ya doin, bro?" kind of thing when i walk in somewhere and i GET that and it feels great.

This is a very "don't worry, we will take care of you" kind of establishment EVERY time i've been there ;)
