The team here really took care of me today and I feel like they need recognition for it. I have not found a sonic that could make a good cream slush in years since they took it off the menu, but they knocked it out of the park today!!! I don’t know if any of them will see this, but if they do, thank you!!

First time getting onion rings at sonic. Be forewarned the batter tastes like sweet pancake batter. This is the first time I've eaten onion rings with such a sweet batter and I didn't care for it. My burger looked like it had been sitting for too long. Even the soda was rather sad. Overall, rather disappointing for a $13+ dollar meal from a fast food burger joint. We won't be going to Sonic again anytime soon.

They don’t care what you don’t want on your food they are just going to do what they want. And they take forever to get to someone to take an order because they are just standing around talking. Worst food establishment I have ever seen.

We waited for 15 mins and no one took our order. We decided to leave and go somewhere else. Half of the menus were out of order or the card reader didn't work. Poor ownership if you ask me.

After working all day, my husband and I stopped in Sonic to get dinner on the way home. They were very busy so I knew it was going to take a while to get our food. Well need to say we sat there for 30 minutes waiting for our order to be taken. Which never was. So we went to another stall.. same way. I was thinking OK we will just leave. At 8 pm we pulled in at 830 we went to leave to see employees standing out back I thought well maybe that's our reason. Need to say we didn't have dinner. Very disappointed
