They ran out of the bread I had ordered for my sandwich and instead of telling me they were going to let me drive back home without it. They do not have competent people in charge on the night shift. I couldn’t get a refund either.

The worst service ever, I've an offer coupon footlong for 6.99. I asked her if I can get two different 6" she said no it's only one kind. I said that's fine. Then at the cash register she asked me 10.33$ . I told her so what about the coupon she said it's not valid at this store! So why she didn't told me this in beginning!

I come pretty frequently and most of the time it’s these two young girls and they’re always very rude! came this time ordered online because every time we come in they’re not welcoming or friendly! so we came through the drive through and she opened the window shoved the bag in my friends face (all without saying a word the whole time) and slammed the window shut. ridiculous!
ALSO we ordered 3 6 inch subs nothing special or complicated and one was about 4 inches skinny as heck looked like it was made for a kid.

Cheap skate owners have stale bread that is crunchy even after asking if fresh.. wouldn't replace sandwich don't go here unless crunchy stale bread is your thing! Here right at lunchtime on a Saturday not a soul in sight I see why! This place sucks!

The girls at the counter were very rude. When my husband called to initially place the order over the phone, they answered the phone hello. He wasn’t even sure he had the right number at that time. The past three visits, the order has been totally messed up. Probably need to clean house over there. It’s terrible service.

If you live in Oneonta and get those same coupons we all get in the mail every month and plan on trying to use them here don’t bother. They refuse coupons at this subway location. Also some of the prices are higher then the location in Snead. Literally a rip off.
