Second time I've been told that they're out of meat and only have chicken. Im starting to think they're just lazy and just say that to make you leave. Bad experience the past two times I've tried this location. Definitely need new management

waited in drive thru for almost 30 mins the food was DISAPPOINTING spend 5$ on a burrito for it to be flat and barley have any meat. potato’s are literally rock hard. I’m pregnant and carve Taco Bell rarely but when I do rarely go it’s always terrible!!!

Te last 3 times I've eaten here, no one in the lobby, yet no one could take our order. Then we are instructed to wait or use keyosk. We'll if we have to take our own order I believe we should get a discount or a paycheck from Taco Bell. Then they messed up the order and we had to pull stuff off we didn't want after the lady got rude with her employees over a small question and made a gentleman wait for her to take out trash before she would take his order. Get more employees or better ones.

This place has lost their minds! $7.19 for a Mexican pizza that's $4.39 even in high priced areas like highway 280! Y'all are in Oneonta Alabama, maybe nobody's told you yet but this town is Blue collar through and through! I can't believe this place is even in business and people are stupid enough to pay these type of prices and they wonder why prices keep going up!

Ordered the steak nachos and a nacho bell grande with no meat and beans. Steak nachos look sad as hell, only about 1/3 of the box is filled… probably a total of 8 fries. Nacho bell grande has barely any cheese or sour cream. You had one job Taco Bell. You’re the most expensive place in town yet have the smallest portions known to man. Get it together. What a waste of $16!! Seriously. 😒
