Orders are wrong, food is cold. Also could here employee in the background complaining he was the only one working. Save your money and aggravation and get something from one of the taco trucks in town instead, the food is far more superior and the service is much better also.

My 2 experiences here were good. Workers were polite, the dining area appeared clean. Only gave it 4 stars on food because its Taco Bell after all, but no disresoect to this particluar one. Would eat there again

i sat in the drive through for an hour when there was 3 people infront and got to the order station and had to wait 20 more minutes and they left out parts of my order and refused to give the proper amount.

Door dash messed up my order and I was going round and round and round with them!, I called and talked to Jessica, who I explained what happend and she went above and beyond to help me fix my order without any issues! SUPER thankful and highly recommend!

I ordered online and picked up in the drive thru. When I got home, only ten minutes away, my protein bowl was freezing cold and it hardly had any chicken on it. Terrible.

This Taco Bell overcharges by 30-106% depending on the menu item you buy. Next time you go, check your receipt with the official Taco Bell website and you will find out what I am talking about.

This Taco Bell pricing seems to be higher than all the other Taco Bell’s between Birmingham and Gadsden as a big app order to get special deals the pricing here is 20% higher than other stores. I’ve reached out to management regarding this only for them never to call me back but when you need that quick taco fix this place is quick to serve you even at midnight on a Saturday, the drive-through line may be long, but it moves rather quickly.

Been a while since I ate inside but the drive thru and food has always been good. Food was quick and easy, I usually get tacos or bean burritos. Sometimes in the drive-thru they try to upsale which I usually dont like but overall no bad experiences.

The majority of the staff do not seem to care about their jobs or your order. I know they purposely got mine wrong last time because every time you go, they ask, "Would you like to round that up and donate to the Taco Bell Foundation?" I'm already being charged over $8 for a Mexican pizza, so I am not going to donate extra. When I order, I just go ahead and say that I don't care to donate, but they just keep asking. The girl got mad at me for saying that last time and messed up my order. Unfortunately, when I called the store to complain, the girl who gave me my order was the manager. You can guess that my complaint went unsolved. I had to call Taco Bell HQ. So, my advice is to find somewhere else to eat. Remember when it was 59, 79, and 99 cents? I don't expect those prices, but the staff could at least be descent to you when you pay a lot of money for something that may have cost 50 cents to make!
