Did not get drink order correct. I had to wait several minutes to get it correct. Service was inadequate. Price is higher than Birmingham and quality of food is lacking. The sushi was warm and tasted like it had been laid out all day.

Cute little hole in the wall place!! Had sushi and chicken with vegetables. Vegetables we're what I was used to a typical sushi place- didn't eat them which is rare for me. They were super cute up and sauce had a twang. As far as everything else, perfect- even helped my guest eat half of their plate! There is also hand sanitizer everywhere- door, back door, table, in front of TV, 2 in the ladies room. I do like the quick access to be clean. I'll be back when I'm that way again!

Rude Mgr “Andie” today, 9/25/25 when I picked up my order to go 30mins later than the 20mins they said it would be ready. I waited to even speak to her as she processed transactions and told me to sit down. I then asked to cancel the order and she kept being argumentative without acknowledging her rudeness then thew the cash back at me on the counter. I left and called to speak to a manager is when I found out she was the manager who was so rude and claims there’s no one else I could speak to regarding my complaint. Never acknowledged wrongdoing but instead said “I’m sorry you feel that way” instead of sorry for treating me that way. Do NOT recommend that place and it makes sense they’re short staffed if that’s the way the manager treats people. Completely missed the point that I cancelled because of her rudeness not because of the wait. People will do more if they’re treated with respect anything less is bad business.
***update*** I did return but only to pay and tip our server for her kindness ***
The food is so amazing! Some of the best food I've ever had! However, the managers/owners are so hateful. We loved this place and was a frequent visitor until My debit card was stolen and it was shut down without my knowledge a hour before I went to eat, after my card was declined and I called the bank to figure what was going on, I tried to explain the situation and ask if I could leave my i.d or anything for that matter and run home to get another $15 bc I only had $30 cash on me....they were so rude and hateful and made sure they embarrassed us and then, told us not to worry about bringing the money back just leave ( only being hateful of course) so I didn't! They even heard me on the phone with the bank, I put it on speaker phone standing right there. It's not like this was on purpose! I just can not believe someone could act so harshly to others like that, especially to repeat customers who come in often. Not everyone is a thief and a liar. If I offer to leave my phone and ID which is more expensive than the meal itself, then obviously I'm coming back!
