My husband & I visit Oneonta 3-4 times a year. We have always enjoyed eating at Zaxbys. This trip however the chicken fingers were Much Smaller! It was dissapointing.

Waiting 45 minutes for 2 combos, forgot our ranch, also the buffalo fingers and wings had little to no sauce. Food was hot but tasted old. I hope there not reheating. Definitely not a typical Zaxby’s experience. The store was very backed up but it seemed as tho there was no customer focus what so ever. I sat at the DT window and staff seemed to just be hanging out.

Only good thing I have to say was that the food was good and hot. When we went to make our drinks, my mom opened the tea urn because the tea didn’t taste right, and it was black on the inside. Also, there was trash everywhere and when we got to our table, we had to wipe it down and clean the seats because the seats had food all in them, and the table was very dirty with crumbs and all kinds of debris on it. We came for a nice meal, not to be maids. Also, the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, so there was no excuse as to why it was as dirty as it was. If it is this dirty in the eating area, I can’t imagine how dirty it is in the kitchen.
Food was just ok, not very good. The store itself is why I'm leaving the review. It was DISGUSTING. The tables were sticky and gross, there was food all over the seats and in the cracks. The drink machine was gross, and it definitely isn't cleaned well. The bathroom was disgusting as well and there was urine all around the toilet and in floor and nobody checks it I guess. We will not return here and it makes us feel sick that we went ahead and ate as we should've just returned the food and asked for a refund. Absolute worst dining experience we've had.

I drove through and did not have a weight at all number one combo which was just as expected, but blue salad had changed from the last time I ordered it. I got home to find out it had spicy buffalo sauce on the chicken and all over the lettuce. I made a call back to Zaxbys to ask about it. I was pleased the manager, Michelle explained the difference and the new way the Blue Zalad was made but then also offered a free Zalad next time I came by!

They've got great salads and good chicken tenders. Perfect snack size. The people are really friendly. I got some cheesecake bites. Be careful they're HOT, and they come with a strawberry sauce that is really good. It was very clean and inside was not busy at 11:30 but the drive thru was packed by 12.
