Only good thing I have to say was that the food was good and hot. When we went to make our drinks, my mom opened the tea urn because the tea didn’t taste right, and it was black on the inside. Also, there was trash everywhere and when we got to our table, we had to wipe it down and clean the seats because the seats had food all in them, and the table was very dirty with crumbs and all kinds of debris on it. I drove through and did not have a weight at all number one combo which was just as expected, but blue salad had changed from the last time I ordered it. I got home to find out it had spicy buffalo sauce on the chicken and all over the lettuce. I made a call back to Zaxbys to ask about it. I was pleased the manager, Michelle explained the difference and the new way the Blue Zalad was made but then also offered a free Zalad next time I came by!

Staff was super sweet and the food was delicious! Entrance was a little hard to find since the drive thru wraps the building.

Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian sides, but this is a chicken shop

Dietary restrictions: Menu is clearly marked with common allergens, they do serve shellfish from time to time which is cooked with the other menu items.
