The grounds and parking lot is very greasy. Last night it took 35 minutes to get my order and they sent out the wrong order twice. Twice I gave an order back that I had touched and they sent it out to another customer after k owing it had been in my car in my possession. Then they told me I never ordered what I was waiting for. Then after showing my receipt they made the order. Then When I complained to the manager he had a total NO Mc care attitude. Filthy, little low or no leadership and the worst McDonald’s in 5 states. I will be posting the video on U-tube since McDonalds corporate doesn’t seem to care About the quality of their facilities. EAT -(ABM). (Anywhere But McDonalds)

Food is always fine as it can be. I don’t get anything for me I go somewhere else for my breakfast. I go through the drive-thru to get my wife’s breakfast anyway the line and wait are freaking horrible. Maybe 10 cars in the drive thru when I pulled up been waiting 25 minutes and still haven’t even made it to first window. If you have 30 to 40 minutes to waste it’s it’s fine but I’m having to go across the street for my breakfast and I hope I make it before that stop serving

Always pretty quick always friendly and help with the app at the window n never rush you and pick up window never complains n gladly puts whatever condiments you ask for in your bag n will even stop go get a box from the back n open it up for you if they are out of any of your sauces ketchup whatever doesn't matter and if they mess up an order they will always gladly fix it

McDonald’s Hampton Cove and Owens crossroads does not give a crap about their customers. They serve cold stale food consistently. Don’t go there.

I believe her name is mrs.connie the way I witnessed her running the lunch shift today was outstanding ran smoothly you could tell she truly cares about staff and customers and is respectful when giving instructions place was clean she definitely deserves a raise!!

I keep putting cook to order and it’s like it’s so difficult to throw two patties on the grill for less than 60 seconds. It’s okay though.
