They continue to increase their prices yet they still pay their employees an unlivable wage. Yet the shareholders continue to get bigger and bigger payouts each year.

My families first time here. Elijah delivered the food to our car. He had a great attitude. After receiving the code on my order I decided to take the offer and order two sandwichs at the drive thru. The women in her 20s, glasses, and brown hair was the sweetest. The food is great here and awesome service! I recommend this location. The new Gold sauce is amazing.

This was the slowest most inaccurate McDonald's I've ever been to. It took me 15 in line. I was at the pay window for more than 3 minutes. All the other cars pulled up that were in front of me. It seemed as if the first window was closed. So by the time I got up to pick my food up they cancelled my order. Then they took it again but the guy at the window kept trying to give me the order behind me after stating each time what my order was. When I got my food, my burger was missing. The most expensive thing in the bag. I spent $16 for a large tea, fies and 2 chicken wraps. Worst fast food experience I've had in a long time.

When it's good it's good, it can be fast and freshish. But often this location experience is staffing issues.
For example, I was stuck in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. I was boxed in and our lane wasn't being worked ( the other lane moved forward about three cars in that 20 minutes. After pulling around I could hear the worker. Obviously way over stressed, I heard them say that they were short staffed and it would be a while. I ended up leaving hangry and disappointed.
Also the dining room was locked.

The grounds and parking lot is very greasy. Last night it took 35 minutes to get my order and they sent out the wrong order twice. Twice I gave an order back that I had touched and they sent it out to another customer after k owing it had been in my car in my possession. Then they told me I never ordered what I was waiting for. Then after showing my receipt they made the order. Then When I complained to the manager he had a total NO Mc care attitude. Filthy, little low or no leadership and the worst McDonald’s in 5 states. I will be posting the video on U-tube since McDonalds corporate doesn’t seem to care About the quality of their facilities. EAT -(ABM). (Anywhere But McDonalds)

Food is always fine as it can be. I don’t get anything for me I go somewhere else for my breakfast. I go through the drive-thru to get my wife’s breakfast anyway the line and wait are freaking horrible. Maybe 10 cars in the drive thru when I pulled up been waiting 25 minutes and still haven’t even made it to first window. If you have 30 to 40 minutes to waste it’s it’s fine but I’m having to go across the street for my breakfast and I hope I make it before that stop serving

Always pretty quick always friendly and help with the app at the window n never rush you and pick up window never complains n gladly puts whatever condiments you ask for in your bag n will even stop go get a box from the back n open it up for you if they are out of any of your sauces ketchup whatever doesn't matter and if they mess up an order they will always gladly fix it
