Nacho's food truck has the best, authentic Mexican food! I'm a Cali girl and know my street tacos. I've been to several trucks in the Huntsville area and love this one the best! Liliana and the staff is the sweetest and serves the food with a smile!

We loved Nacho’s today! They came by our soccer field, and it was a great experience. Good food, and great people, definitely recommend!

We want to thank Nachos for coming and supporting and feeding our wrestlers and fans at the Columbia High School wrestling tournament this past weekend. We had so many compliments and praise on the food. You all did a fantastic job.

Tamale only had literally 2-3 bites of meat in it!! All dough! Carne asada taco meat was dried out , no spice or flavor and had obviously been cooked wayyy to long! Chicken tacos we're same with dried out almost flavorless meat pieces. Melted " cheese" with the chips turned out to taste like an overly salty, way watered down Walmart Great Value white cheese. The green sauce with extremely salty and absolutely watered down to make it go further. The salsa tasted and looked like grocery store. Picante Salsa. If there was a less than one star option, I would rate it as such! WHAT a JOKE. TACO BELL is better. I don't understand how this truck is selling enough to stay in business. I know good good taco trucks after living in California for 15 years. This one is a JOKE. Run like hell! I wouldn't eat there again if I won a years worth of free meals from them!!!???

Hot in the summer but worth it! I love open air dining and the tacos were superb. I meant to get a photo but… I forgot about taking photos as soon as I smelled the delicious food.

I get steak tacos almost every time and this place’s steak just tastes like black pepper. It’s awful. Birria tacos are better, but even so I don’t think I will come here again. The food just doesn’t satisfy me at all. I love across the street and will drive over the mountain for a better taco truck.

Their empanadas are definitely worth the wait time (25 minutes). Portion size is great, food is fresh and flavors are amazing. Good variety to order from and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

They asked what meat i wanted and I ordered chicken. Came home with beef. Not so great. Only meat and onions.
