Perfect Timing Bar and Grill

I used to work for a photography business whom did sessions at Hayes nature preserve and after shoots would come here to eat and never had a complaint.. I’ve been here a dozen times. I now have my own business and had a slumber party booking in the neighborhood behind this place.. I was excited to bring my family in because of how good it once was, and I haven’t been in a while. Let’s just say, the service is AWFUL. The waitress took the order, brought our food out except for my mother’s. She came back after my mom stared her down and admitted that she didn’t even put the order into the computer. She goes back to put the order in, the food comes 45 minutes later. The rest of our family 4 others are completely done eating. My mom has since went outside to the car because she is hungry and we are all eating and the person she is didn’t want to eat our food. My dad got the ticket and asked me to look over it to see if my moms order was on the ticket because he didn’t want to pay for it, took it to the waitress she had to take it to her boss (she said she is the owner). Let me just say this lady addressed me with an attitude right off the back. She doesn’t deserve any business if this is what she thinks customer service looks like. She needs to be addressed for her bad customer service skills and if her waitress can not maintain 5 tables she should consider hiring more help. The food has taken a toll over the years as well and was not anything at all like it once was. I am not sure if it’s under new ownership but we will NOT be back and I will not recommend. I am ashamed my family dropped a penny in this restaurant today. Do BETTER!

The food was good and came out quickly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beer was cold. In short, if you're in the area, it's a good place to stop and have a good time and some food.

We were traveling and just swung in. The service was great. I got the pit boss burger and onion rings it was delicious but you better have a large appetite. My wife got the club it was great and filling as well.

It was fun. The owner and his wife were friendly. They really make you feel welcome. Awesome place to eat or hang out. Drinks were great. It is my new favorite place.

Best catfish I ever had, great service and beer so cold - like it sat on a bed of ice for a decade, slid down Mt. Everest, washed down the Rockies, got stuck in a freezer that was headed to Nashville, then fell off the Polar Express going through Owens Cross Roads.
