Ordered pizza and a salad online for carry-out, finally got my order 50 minutes late.

The manager called later that night and explained the situation, very much appreciated.

Great place but I'm disappointed their hours are so limited. No lunch. Nothing Sunday/Monday. Opens 4:30 closes at 8:00pm. That's just not enough hours. Why? This is a great Monday restaurant or 8:30pm on a weekday. But they're closed. It's like the only people who can eat here are retirees and folks with very predictable schedules.

I really wish I could find a way to leave a more positive review. My husband and I decided to take our out of town family to dinner as I'd heard both good and not so good comments about the restaurant. We arrived soon after they opened to avoid Friday evening crowds in a small town. Although it was not overly crowded, the wait staff was pleasant but obviously stressed. I knew my husband would most likely be more critical than not since he grew up and lived in an area filled with authentic Italian eateries, but I honestly hoped for at least moderately decent meals. I was, along with our guests, disappointed to be served less than mediocre dinners. Perhaps we should have chosen pizzas, but we each had a different pasta dinner that ranged from overcooked chicken in the Alfredo, to flavorless marinara dishes and a bit overdone pasta....all served at lukewarm temperature. I was very disappointed and wish them all the best but will not return for a second try.

Great place for Italian food.
Huge portions, great service. Food is outstanding.

Entrees are easily large enough to share, or take home for leftovers.

Get there early, though, as they fill up fast.

Kinda noisy, but then it is a family restaurant.

This was our second time going and both times have been wonderful. Our server Pam was so attentive and sweet. We didn't realize they close at 8 pm but we didn't feel rushed to get out at all. My boyfriend got the Lasagna and I got a special of the night which was the Chicken Parmesan Pizza. My boyfriend LOVED the lasagna and we agreed the pizza was fantastic but did have a suggestion for the kitchen. We suggested for the chicken chunks to be cut smaller since they were too heavy for the thin crust. They were very happy to hear the feedback and promised to make the chicken pieces smaller from now on. The pizza otherwise was very delicious and the crust was great! The only thing that bothered me was that it was a little too noisy but it's cozy and beautiful. Definitely will keep going back!

The food was good. Service, the food came out before we were 1/4 way through our salad. They need to work on that

Went here for the first time it wasn’t too bad. Good food. Good enough to come back. However this time the service was absolutely horrible. We got our appetizer and waited on drinks for around 10 minutes. No silverware either. I understood that they were closing at 8 however I felt it was very rude and rushed for our waitress to come and pretty much imply we needed to get a to go box and start heading out. It’s extremely loud in there and hard to hear the person you’re with talking. I just feel for how pricy it is for a date for two the service is not at all worth it.

Worst service ever!!! There was a wait time of 30 minutes even though there were several open tables throughout the restaurant. Once seated it was another 30 minutes before the manager came and asked if anyone had taken my order. He took my pizza order and another 20 minutes later he brought me a pizza that was not what I ordered. After another 15 minutes (an hour and 45 minutes after arriving) the pizza that I ordered finally arrived. When it was time to leave, they didn't even bother to offer me a discount for the inconvenience and long wait., and the manager wouldn't even come back to my table or look me in the eye. Don't waste your time or money on this place. Better food and MUCH BETTER SERVICE elsewhere!

Usually love this place. But, ran out of potatoes that go with the salmon and no cream sauce on the salmon. Not sure how these two things get missed. Run out of potatoes??

The dessert trio was $16! The two tiny canoli were awful, the terimsu was barely two bites, and the cheesecake was sour. I am so very disappointed ?! The pizza was decent. But I will never order dessert from here ever again.

Place is beautiful and my server was fantastic. With that said the meatballs taste homemade but they pre make them then blast them in the microwave. Sauce makes up for it so as a whole the appetizer was good. My wife ordered some pasta dish that apparently gets served in a creamy water sauce that was unappealing as well as unappetizing. The worst was my lasagna tho, a ground beef lasagna that's served as a soup apparently utilizing the old nasty meatballs. Three bites in I felt nauseated and had to call it quits. I get not wanting to waste food but the anemic dried out gray meatballs in a lasagna dish that the cook was to lazy to even smooth out was not worth the money. The place next door is great, I've had food there with no problems but I wouldn't be interested in giving any more money for leftovers that taste sour. Again atmosphere is great and my server was fantastic, hopefully he doesn't share his tips with the cooks tho.
