Some how they always seem to get our order wrong or it takes forever to get basic menu items. Last time, they were super stingy on the fries. They are slowly going downhill.

It's been a few years since I've been to a Wendy's. I was disappointed by the size of the bacon double stack for the steep price tag. It was like a JR burger. Very unfortunate. Should have gotten a few, they were that small.
Flavor was good, quantity was terrible. The patties were so thin, not like it was years ago.
We also got a baked potato, that was delicious! Fries were average, they forgot my sauce I paid extra for.
We were asked to pull into the parking lot, waited about 5 minutes, not ideal for such a small order, and to forget items was disappointed.
Parking lot was clean, inside looked clean as well. Staff were nice.
I'll be going across the street for their competitor moving forward. What a shame, really not how it used to be....

I have not, one single time have ever received an order correct from this Wendy’s. Ever, might as well check my bag at the window. Don’t under any circumstances leave this Wendy’s without checking your food because something will be missing or incorrect

Came through drive through for a little breakfast for us to take on the road so I don’t get for our 2 hours trip. Well, we ordered the featured bacon egg and cheese burrito with the potatoes and then got a breakfast baconater. The baconater came out just fine warm nothing wrong with it. I took one bite from my burrito and it tasted funny. I open it up to find mold all over the egg and due to being so far the restaurant I wasn’t able to turn around and I wasn’t given me receipt

This was not a great experience from the time I placed my order. My order was completely wrong. I ordered a wrap, got a spicy sandwich. I took the order back through the drive thru. She took my bag, told me to pull around to the parking by the door. I waited another 5 minutes. By the time I got my food, my fries were cold and the chicken on the wrap was dried and hard to chew.

I usually dont make reviews but this Wendy's is legitimately good. The young lady who got my order was pleseant to talk to, and courteous. The food was the best ive had at a Wendy's. Picture perfect burgers, fries were hot and crispy. To top the whole thing off, the sprite was hittin. Super clean taste and crisp. All in all it was impressed.

This Wendy's location and team always slays and they have for the past 3 years I've lived here. They are my go-to lunch spot in Hampton Cove because they are 10/10 consistently super duper fast, accurate orders and consistent quality, and nice employees. Good job Wendy's team!

I don't know how you mess up everything in one order, but guy seem to do it everytime. Order a spicy club, get a regular chicken patty only cheese. Order a spicy sandwich extra pickles, get regular patty no pickles. Order a kids meal 4 peace with fries, get a four peace with apples... What is going on in there? Very disappointed.
Positively outrageous, i order a sausage egg and cheese for my dear wife, and a simple honey buddy at this “fine” establishment. In return i get a slap by the glove by the workers here! To my surprise i find a bacon egg and cheese and a sausage egg and cheese, NO HONEY BUDDY. Left no crumbs tho.

Overpriced for food that has no taste. Plus, cheese on burger I didn't ask for. $6.31 including tax for a single only. Wonder what grade of meat is used and how many fillers are in it. The lettuce was the only thing I could taste that was decent.
