Positively outrageous, i order a sausage egg and cheese for my dear wife, and a simple honey buddy at this “fine” establishment. In return i get a slap by the glove by the workers here! To my surprise i find a bacon egg and cheese and a sausage egg and cheese, NO HONEY BUDDY. Left no crumbs tho.

Overpriced for food that has no taste. Plus, cheese on burger I didn't ask for. $6.31 including tax for a single only. Wonder what grade of meat is used and how many fillers are in it. The lettuce was the only thing I could taste that was decent.

Went to this Wendy's today and ordered a chicken sandwich biggie bag but got a plain Junior Bacon Cheeseburger instead. Ordered a HAMBURGER kids meal without cheese for my son who cannot eat cheese. They gave him a cheeseburger. They didn't just mess up our order. This means they obviously gave us someone else's food. They messed up TWO families' lunches! I doubt they care, but I don't think we will be giving them anymore chances. 5/10 times we get the wrong order. Even if they're not busy. We will give Culver's our money instead.

I ordered a chicken blt biggie bag and a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal from this establishment TODAY and my 4 year old, 1 year old and myself all caught a case of FOOD POISONING. WE ARE CURRENTLY ALL SICK TO OUR STOMACHS LITERALLY. I called them three times since I left there in hopes that I can let them know to maybe see if they’re serving BAD FOOD and the first call they deliberately hung up on me and didn’t bother answering, the next two calls they let the phone ring. I understand being busy, but as a business when you deliberately let the phone ring for 15 seconds, hang up, and let the PHONE RING twice until it stops ringing that shows you don’t want to do your job!

Check your order before leaving. Got home and part of the order was missing. Very frustrating as this is the 2nd time this has happened. Have no plans to visit this location again!

This location has really gone down hill fast. Was pretty good when it first opened. Now they get the order correct only about 75% of the time.
Today I saw an employee either smoking or vaping in the office nook in the kitchen.
I had ordered a chicken biscuit, and when I got home and unwrapped it I noticed that the dough was a bit raw. As I took the top of the biscuit to look at it I saw a whole hair INSIDE of the biscuit. I do not recommend.

Ordered take out, 1 single + 1 double + L fries. Previous experiences were excellent. But this time, the buns were stale to the point of being crunchy and the food was all cold (yes, I drove there but I live less than 5 minutes away). Cold french fries are the worst. This is definitely not like any experience I've had at this Wendy's until today. Hoping it's a one-off. On the other hand, there are lots of other fast food hamburger places in the vicinity. Do better, Wendy's.
