This location has really gone down hill fast. Was pretty good when it first opened. Now they get the order correct only about 75% of the time.
Today I saw an employee either smoking or vaping in the office nook in the kitchen.

I had ordered a chicken biscuit, and when I got home and unwrapped it I noticed that the dough was a bit raw. As I took the top of the biscuit to look at it I saw a whole hair INSIDE of the biscuit. I do not recommend.

This is the best Wendy's in town. Never a long wait, everyone is always friendly, and I've never once gotten an incorrect order. I wish all Wendy's were this way!

Ordered take out, 1 single + 1 double + L fries. Previous experiences were excellent. But this time, the buns were stale to the point of being crunchy and the food was all cold (yes, I drove there but I live less than 5 minutes away). Cold french fries are the worst. This is definitely not like any experience I've had at this Wendy's until today. Hoping it's a one-off. On the other hand, there are lots of other fast food hamburger places in the vicinity. Do better, Wendy's.

I would like to report a complaint on one of your employees at #516 Hampton cove . I’m a regular and I just can’t keep my mouth quiet anymore . A manager named Tesha or Tisha was very rude to her staff members . I also think it is extremely unprofessional for her to talk about employees and customers in front of customers. She was very loud why I was in the dining area . I’m not sure if it’s against the rules or not but she was also on her phone . I love this location hopefully we can get this problem fixed .
Could not do a mobile order for the drive thru. It was raining and I am disabled, so I had to get out in the rain. The only option was carry out, so even if I wanted to sit and enjoy my meal while I was there, I didn't have an option to have my food places on a tray for me

Always an amazing place to eat at and work. Everything is always hot,fresh, and delicious! The coworkers are awesome. When they come together as a team, no other restaurant can beat them! They also don’t make you go through an act of congress to fix a mistake which rarely happens but when it does you just come back or call the store and they immediately fix it without the attitude you get from other restaurants. They treat you with the utmost respect and are super friendly! Also, they are open until 1am everyday now!!!!
Parking: They have plenty of parking and the drive-thru is pretty fast. They also have parking for mobile orders.
Kid-friendliness: They make kids feel special and are very friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: They have disability parking that is close to the ramp to easily push the wheelchair through and the freestyle drink machine is also wheelchair accessible. Staff also goes out of their way to make sure you as comfortable as possible and will assist you in anyway possible.
