Best cheesteak, but wings and shrimp are to small for the price.
My first time eating at this particular one. My food was lukewarm and my lemon pepper wings(wet), didn't taste to good. I have made visits to other American Deli's and the food was fresh, hot and delicious. I will not stop at this location again. They were friendly and I did have to park which I didn't mind because the food is basically cook to order but this establishment didn't meet my taste buds unlike the one in Eufaula, And other locations. I don't like doing bad reviews but this is just my opinion from the day I visited ..

Not sure why this particular restaurant differs from the one on in Dothan, but it does. The tables were clean but the floor had some garbage on it. The guy running the register could have cared less about anything other than keeping his back away from the customer area. I guess if you don’t see it it’s not there. At the Dothan location you have the option to get the seasoning on the fries. I always pass because I like to have some control of my salt intake. At Ozark they shake a few inches on the fries before they come out to the front counter. I thought the food was subpar compared to Dothan. My family and I ate at the Dothan location at least 5 times a month. This is definitely my first and last time going to the American Deli in Ozark.

Updating my initial 5 star review. The last two times we came our Philly sandwich (entree) was super soggy on all 4 sandwiches unlike my first review. Seems like wings get smaller. Fries were fresh though and drink was fine

First time visiting this place and we loved the food and customer service. We tried Veg fried rice with wings and it was delicious. Definitely coming here again.

The wings tasted pretty good but we're super small. I like smaller winger personally but alot of them were smaller than my pinky. The cheesesteak also tasted like it was cooked on a flat top that needed a scrub. Also wanted some sweet tea and the tea was bad. Overall, it was meh, pricy for what it was.

I usually consult reviews before going to a new restaurant and this was no different. There was plenty of great reviews praising their food, but I definitely did not experience the same on my visit today. I should have known better when I pulled up and I was the only car in the parking lot other than the workers. When I came in it appeared like owners or family of the owners were arguing about business negotiations or something along those lines which was not the best of places to have such conversations. This is just my opinion because I'm a bit of a foodie and love me some good fried rice and chicken wings but this place severely disappointed on both. The fried rice was edible, but lackes flavor and was way too expensive for the amount of meat that is given. It is also overcompensated with a vegetable medley consisting of green beans, green peas, corn, and carrots. In addition, the wings are not crispy and are a bit on the soggy side and the sauces that they use nasty. The lemon pepper and the garlic parmesan are both not good and not even close to the same level as other restaurants such as Buffalo wild Wings. The drink from the soda machine was fine so at least one thing tasted good, but for $24 I got 10 wings and fried rice and I only ate three wings and about a quarter of my fried rice and threw the rest in the trash. I will not be coming back. We have a similar place in Georgia that is way better than American deli and was thinking that at least it would be close to what I've experienced there, but definitely not the case, not even in the same league. The help that works the front counter could also have been a little more personable. She was alone and had to do everything so I can understand why she was a bit abrupt and not the friendliest. if you're wanting chicken wings or fried rice I recommend going elsewhere.
